Hi, everyone. I just caught up. Tried to be around last night but the site was down. I do have some thoughts that I will need to work through once I'm more awake, bit quick question, what is Peek?

As for Ed, not really much here either. Hasn't really gotten involved with anything and made some broad statements but they don't really feel real. I'm leaving neutral atm with slight scum tilt.

Darthe- Null read, hasn't posted content other than to specify a quote or two either Wolfy or townie.

 

Tress- null read, only game content was to say she agreed with Ed that Adella is town and to say she likes the work Shanti has put in

 

Spade- never played with before (it just sounds wrong! I know I'm 31 and a mother of three but my mind goes bad places) but she seems to be legitimately trying to game solve. She's asking about votes and questioning things in a positive manner.

 

LZM- hasn't checked in

 

Eddie- hasnt said much which is game related. Common for him during day 1 but Eddie is one that I ALWAYS find scummy. It's how he got me last game. I try to give him the benefit of the doubt and it colors my game play with him. So I always keep an eye on him but other than remarking about Alex and spades back and forth, he hasn't said anything.

 

 

I'm going ahead and posting this because believe it or not it has taken me hours to type this out. Like I said, I am on mobile and it's a true process. Not to mention my one year old dive/princess/demon/drama queen/ beauty I am dealing with...kid likes to eat and poop and push buttons on my phone :(

 

I'm starting to work on the rest but know that it will prob be a while before I can get my thoughts on everyone else to you guys. ISOing on mobile and trying to type it all on my notepad to copy and paste to you guys is tedious.

But I dont see where Tigraine has done any game playing whatsoever

People (Alex) calling you Town for aggression is one thing in content that comes to mind.

WRT Tigs, there's a couple of posts that I wanna follow up on but apart from her push/OMGUS vote at you I agree.

 

Need more to get a read though, essentially I had the same thoughts/feeling about her early play last game (2 page [sortKey]=date&search_app_filters[forums][sortDir]=1&cType=topic&cId=100501&search_content=both&search_app_filters[forums][sortKey]=date&search_app_filters[forums][sortDir]=1&search_app_filters[forums][noPreview]=1&search_app_filters[forums][pCount]=&search_app_filters[forums][pViews]=&search_term=&search_app=forums]ISO here).

 

 

Do you have fleshed out reads/thoughts on other players?

 

I kinda think spades is a villager now

 

The only real strong villager I have is the new pretty girl

 

I'm sure I have other villagers but I don't really pay attention to those. I only care about the wolf hunting portion of this game.

 

 

First part of the bold kinda contradicts the kinda thinking Spades is a villager now :tongue:

But I like/can see possi-village thought process for most of her stuff.

 

Not as confident on Shanti yet (if that's who you mean by new pretty girl?). Have her null-Town (+ for casual tone and involvement - for focusing her push/opinions on a single player).

 

Second used to be my view, but paying more attention to my 'ignoring-tinfoil-these-guys-are-likely villagers' helps narrow down the PoE. 

 

You didn't answer my other questions?

 

Why the change in your voting behaviour? You're pushing Tigs as scummiest of the scum scum scum, without a vote?

See now, you started off good with saying it's getting complicated...

 

Then you said that last part. Sounds like you're loosely setting her up for a train tomorrow when she doesn't get NKed by you tonight. 

 

Just a small note - it could be pure frustration, and then that's just bad form :tongue: - but it could play into overall read.

With full tinfoil on the fact this should probably have been discussed by mentors, regardless of alignment/at least pre-game in Shanti's case:

 

"What is a seer?

A seer [also known as a cop] is a basic Town power role with the ability to investigate one person per night in order to determine their alignment. The game mod then sends these investigation results to the seer/cop at the beginning of each new day. These investigation results are called "peeks." 

 

In basic games, there are three things that are always going to happen:

 

  1. A seer has to "drop peeks." This means that they have to find a way to post their results in the thread for the Town to see.
  2. The Town needs to provide "seer cover" [also known as "hypo cop'ing"]. This means that the rest of the Town should be providing fake peeks in order to confuse the scum team and hide the real seer results until it is safe for the real seer to claim or the real seer is killed.
  3. The scum has to "seer hunt." In basic games, the scum team does not have a lot of time to find the seer. In a typical standard game if the scum team doesn't find the seer by day 3 and the seer has 3 live peeks or 2 live peeks and a scum peek the game is mechanically locked and the Town always wins. "

So Spade's tone is good for you? Would you expect to be able to tell a difference between alignments for her?

 

Agree with the Ed sounding good for now; his play is noticiably different here to the last 2 games (Scum).
