Mmk I just didn't see any posts with Content, just banter etc. I was just curious if it was tone or what about a post caused the read.

I ask because as scum you will most likely read sooh town more often if at all scum read her tbh. So I think the reason becomes more important in a case like yours or mine.

Fair point.  Genuinely prefer to holster the most substantive reason for the read for the sake of future games, because it's not going to matter much in this one on page 9 anyway.  My initial reason for mentioning the read in QT last night mostly had to do with attitude + I'm going to take a crack at reading her in the intro phase always just to see if I'm right post-game.

what makes you think Clov ia villagery, seph?

I'm not sure I agree given the gamestate

I just liked his vote, and the timing of it.

You liked his vote? For what reasons?

I understand trying to read sooh early. I'm just having a hard time understanding where your read.came from this game. I don't need the substantive reason, but some train of thought is helpful.

The biggest reason questioning you is because I disagree with the attitude read I guess.

Ps. Soohza I hope you are town :)

Pretty sure you and Shad will be able to tell pretty quickly. Unless you somehow went and got bad at the game

Plzzz don't put this past me lol. Though tbh I always thought I was terrible :(

I think I've nailed Eldrick that fast lol

That guy put 1 past me last time. Im still mad at him...

I never cared for Zelda :hopper:

You missed out on some great adventures my friend. Omg we need a zelda mafia game!!

Can I be a hinox?

Or a guardian. I like the guardians.

You can be whatever you like <3

You've never been bad at reading me. I also used to be pretty good at reading you, so I'll give it some thought now that we're getting more into the seriousness of it.

No reason in particular really. I just liked how he placed it, and.when it was placed, kinda.stupid i know lol. But it's just a slight read, and I like my thoughts being out there.

Any posts in particular on sooh? I haven't seen anything yet :(

Yeah but it's not going to matter by EoD unless this is the quietest game in DM history. Let's just see where things go.

This is prolly true. I've often said that if Shad reads me scum when I am town, I'm voting and never leaving. He knows this and will probably town read me in every scum game he has.

How he placed it? As far as I know it was just a vote with no special explanation? Have to go back and look now that you say this though.

Yeah, I'm not sure what you mean by "how he placed it" here.

Games like this kinda make me miss MU and PoG cause this is slowwwwwww goin

I guess it's ww for healthy well adjusted adults that are actually doing things irlnot me

I've played exactly one game in the past half year if you don't count some off-site scum rands. My typical instant barrage of meta bombs just feels stupid atm.The "who cares if I'm wrong let's see what happens" getting outweighed by the "lol I don't know what I'm doing".It will pick up.

Which three people do you believe are most likely to flip villager right now and why?

So I thought dpr wrote this and loled. I'm glad it wasn't because I feel like it would be a scum claim with how he feels about reading people like this...

Give me your best soul and tone reads, stat.

 Why do you people do these things to me before I've had my coffee?

I literally just liked the vote lol, i don't really know how to explain it.

it looks like you are caught up? you have any reads at all?

also that cory post is because Cory and I have a history of doing that ~every game

nothing is odd about anything you have posted that is just your brain incorrectly attributing wolfiness to my posts because this is a game of perception

or you are a wolf

we'll see as the game goes on

That makes sense, FYI I really am starting to hate these same op people do every game lol.

I don't think anything you did was really scummy, more of I just had a bad feeling about your posts.

I think it's worth noting that I don't have you as 100% scum yet. That's real progress!

Dpr tbh I'm going to try really hard to read you through your interactions with others. Me and you can cause a hefty distraction and I think it helped scum hide last game. Hopefully we can work together this time before d4 if you are town.

Agreed on the distraction point. Last game suffered because of it.

I'm not saying that I'm ready to go to 2nd base with you yet, but there is wisdom in your words.

I just came back to this, and i know it may be a little late. but it's never to late for a GIGGITY

Not really yet. Just random thoughts forming. I have pretty ok feelings about you and Monstr so far though. Other than that I haven't really scrutinized the posts.

Besides her op with the Zelda game this is her only post.

With your quote on me you said there was a particular post.

And them above said because she seemed happy.

I think it's important you show your sooh read through the posts you like, or where you thought she was happy to be in this game.

My thought on Cory was more like a hunch, but I'm kinda concerned with you.

I feel like you gave sooh a town read because it was expected of you, not that you actually thought she was towny.

I understand trying to read sooh early. I'm just having a hard time understanding where your read.came from this game. I don't need the substantive reason, but some train of thought is helpful.

Red she has 20 posts so I dunno if your ISO bugged or if I'm misunderstanding you here.

Blue I get where your head's at, and here's the thing. I can go through and revisit each of her posts in detail and reflect on what made me like them, and I can maybe articulate a bit of what went through my head with examples, but it's a bit tedious to do when the read itself was the product of a ten second glance made with all of the awareness that there's a full phase ahead of us and nothing based upon contentless intro babble will have any merit come lynch time.  And it's something I could easily fake because it's so shallow to begin with.  So I'd rather not dive into a half hour self-analysis on such a petty topic.  Suffice to say I usually drop some sort of read on Sooh really early on, and whether it be by sustained luck or some hypersensitive window into her head, it's usually going to be "probably town" when she's town and "too soon to call" when she isn't.  I'm aware of this and will replicate the same behavior as a wolf when I feel the meta consistency will benefit me more than the attention it inevitably always draws.  So I don't think you're going to get a solid read on me one way or the other by the fact that I leaned town on her over next to nothing early on.  If you know me well enough, you could safely conclude that Sooh and I are almost never w/w, but beyond that I would caution against reading too much into it.

Good news is unless you possess Zander tier scum WIM you're already a pretty obvious villager.  Suppose I can glance at a wolf game or two tonight when I can devote undistracted attention.

uh NINIEL YOU SCUMMY SOAB GET WRECKED

Ehm...

Nothing to add. Maybe some townie points to seph for trying to start this.

I wanted to pull out this post before I forget.

On one hand, posting just to say you have nothing to say isn't a good look, but I think that Niniel is the kind of wolf who would attempt to put more content in her post instead of saying she has nothing to say. I think it shows a level of "I don't care how this looks" which is villagery to me, so early good feels here I think.

I need to read one of your scum games as well but i think i like this??? lol. however I kinda want to wait until cory comes in before i do anything else towards this slot

I actually think seph is ~villagery for this read even though I don't agree with it lelele

I don't have any real read on Sooh so that's just the other half of my slot

Regardless I trust Shad to do what he will do. We're probably going to work mostly independently. I think we are probably too proud to do otherwise :D :D :D

can you at least show me the post, you don't have to delve into anything you don't want to? I just want to wrap my head around this because i tend to overthink things but its really the only thing standing out in the game. resolving this between us is going to help me read you better before others jump in. just re reading this is kinda a deflection of the original question that turns into how you read sooh in general, not how you came to the read in this particular game.
