I'm currently going over Ed's progression on Niniel to see if I feel it's geniune or not actually

 

 

FWIW, I really don't see much progression on her from Ed at all.  His vote on her was kind of out of the blue from what I can tell.  It didn't really bother me then, because I didn't see much reason that people should be opposed to her, and I still don't.  He later said he felt she was going for the easy lynch.  Again, not something I really object to or have any issue with.

 

But not enough substance to rule it out, especially with her -> him being pretty light?

I'm not ruling out the possibility, though the way that Niniel danced around him yesterday afternoon.  I'd have to check when Kronos REALLY developed as a candidate to make sure, but she said she could go for Ed, Darthe, or Seph, or "possibly Kronos" but it was possible something happened to him.  I appreciate the sentiment and would like to think she was just being friendly, but I would expect that Mafia!Niniel wouldn't inherently oppose lynching Town!Kronos just because he wasn't around (especially with Shad pointing out that he HAD been on other parts of the forum).

 

Combined that with the weird way he approached HER yesterday, and I have a hard time thinking it's not the best place to start.

Yeah she didn't go as far as to bus re: voting, so I'm not really holding that against Ed (his ISO looks good enough for me anyway)

 

But in Ragnarok she had most of the mafia in her mafia reads IIRC, so she's not incapable of putting her teammates in her wolf list to try and improve their position after her flip

I guess my point with calling Ed town is I don't think she actually helps expedite the lynch of a team mate when there are villagers under equal pressure.

She absolutely could have been, but it was a very weird interaction in both directions, not just hers.  On top of that - based only on thinking about how I play as mafia - that's a really bad course of action.  She would have essentially been trading a member of her scumteam (her) for one mislynch...that isn't even guaranteed.  If he's a vig and shoots a member of the mafia, then hardclaims tomorrow, he's basically free.

 

You take the mislynch when you can, and keep your team alive.
