One of my favorite costumes was when I was in the third grade (I think), and I was a butterfly (along with my sister). My mom made me a beautiful flowy dress and awesome sparkly wings. And then she curled my hair and painted my face with this pretty glittery paint. I felt so pretty! (I wish I had a picture) I think I even won 2nd place in the costume contest at school that year.

Alrighty, I decided to do the vampire thing this year. I bought this jacket today, along with a top hat and fangs. I have the leather pants, and thigh high velvet boots, so I think I'm set!

So here's my answer to that...I'm totally fine with relocating and starting a brand new life ?. Yeah, as humans, we need to connect, and I would spend time with people. But as they died, I would move somewhere, spend time alone for a bit being anonymous, etc. I would go into immortality knowing those I loved and cared about will die, and I would accept it. I'm not saying those losses wouldn't be difficult, because they would be, only that it's a part of what I'd have to deal with if I were immortal. I think I would spend a lifetime with people, and then spend a few decades or so doing my own thing.

I would definitely want to be immortal. I would have the opportunity to read everything I wanted to read, and experience all the things I've ever wanted to. People say they would get bored, but for me, society changes, and there would be new things created and developed as time flows on. The caveat for me regarding immortality is aging. I would want to stop aging, and my body not decay under me.

Learning something new inspires me. Doing something for someone else inspires me. In choreo, songs that move me inspire me. For paintings, nature inspires me.

This is SUCH a great topic. For me, I have NO idea what it is. In painting, choreography, anything creative I do, if I'm not in the mood, I usually won't do it. And I have no clue what determines if I'm feeling motivated or not. That is not to say I can't, because I've choregraphed many a numbers without being in the mood, but I usually don't like what I've come up with, it's like pulling teeth to get it done, and takes twice as long to do. I typically end up changing it. With painting...my canvas will sit there, and I'll stare at it. I find if I have a set completion date that I need to get it done by, it helps. For instance, I'm working on an oil pastel for my sister. I have yet to set a time of when I want to give it to her, so it has sit and stared back at me for the last 18 months ?.
