  1. Marsh, I need to be as analytical as you. And I need to get better at doing the whole quite thing, but hard when I'm on my phone.

Based off your vote review, am I correct that SK has not voted in the game at all? I still apologize for missing deadline. But does it look like SK is trying to only provide accusations without taking a stand by voting?

  2. We are looking at favorite and infamous insects it would seem. Be my guest.

I'm finding it interesting that beetles (obviously depending on the species) are among the most adored and loathed of the insects.

I definitely like dragonflies. Partially because of the name. Their prehistoric ancestors had wingspans of up to 30 inches. Today there habitats are threatened as wetlands decrease.

  3. It was fun playing alongside you, and it had to be interesting to play as "yourself".

I am happy it us not. This is a busy week as my son starts back to school.

I promise to vote prior to deadline, rather than try to get back on by deadline.

SK may not like that I did not vote. I explained what happened. It is the truth and I made apologies for it. I will try to be better away of time inthe future, and thus will probably vote early to avoid a no vote. But SK did not vote either. So please do not use not voting as an indicator of scum, unless you want to point the finger at yourself.

I am town. Believe me or not. Your choice. But with Nyn and Random gone, be careful. Unless you are scum and want to eliminate me to add to the town deaths.

  4. To be honest, I would have gone with SK and it would have likely gone to a tie and a coin toss, so we might have still lost Rand.

Still, I am sorry. That's part of reason why I prefer to vote early in case something came up, but was hoping someone would say something that would have convinced me completely one way or the other.

  5. Oh, I am intrigued, Sooh.

And I do believe you did a good job with me.

Still trying to learn how to do reads on my own is taking time to learn. Feel at a disadvantage when folks have played together for a while and they have an idea what to watch for and I'm having to consider everything for a possible indicator.

    RESULT: MOTHER NATURE

You are the Mother of all Nature. Which makes you not just one force of nature, but all of them. You are the queen bee. The head honcho. The big cheese. You can also be a control freak at times. But that’s understandable considering you hold domain over all living things and have the power to wipe us all out. So keep doing what you do, and we’ll promise to be nicer to you so we don’t end up like the dinosaurs: extinct.

Watch the Nature Is Speaking film, "Mother Nature."

    Interesting. Very interesting.

  7. I am liking the insects you are all mentioning.

LZM, I understand about the spiders. I am not a fan at all. But I am sure that there must be some creature considered an insect which you find fascinating.

    Praying_mantis_india.jpg

The Praying Mantis is aptly named with regards to its positioning. There are about 1,800 species of praying mantids around the world. They can turn their heads 180 degrees and their front legs have rows of sharp spines to help them hold on to their prey. I can see them floating with you as a child. Did anyone manage to get a photo?

Butterfly fossils date to the Paleocene, which was about 56 million years ago. Butterflies are distributed worldwide except Antarctica, totaling some 18,500 species. Is there a particular butterfly you like the best?

    220px-Coccinella_magnifica01.jpg

Ladybugs certainly are distinctive. They are like fireflies, in that they are both bettles. A common myth, totally unfounded, is that the number of spots on the insect's back indicates its age.

    220px-Phyllophaga_spPCCP20040419-4076A2.

Phyllophaga is a very large genus (more than 260 species) of New World scarab beetles in the subfamily Melolonthinae. Common names for this genus and many other related genera in the subfamily Melolonthinae are May beetles, June bugs, and June beetles. Interestingly, another bettle.

What other insects strike your fancy?
