A soft hammock is offered high in a tree-nest, woven from windleaf and silk vines. The ambient air hums with faint elemental traces—calm, watchful, sacred. Nyra settles on a low branch, wings curled. “Rest now. Whatever the Veil sealed… its dreaming won’t wake tonight.” The night passes peacefully. You wake with full HP and EP. Your Codex hums gently—Weave Fusion is now refreshed and ready. The Moonthread Sash glows faintly, tethered to the Codex with visible runes at your waist. A soft breeze cushions your every step. Morning in the Hidden Village As dawn light filters through misted leaves, you are welcomed by a soft chime and an offer of Windblossom tea and honey-root bread. Nyra darts off briefly to scout, promising to return with word of the shrine. You take a slow walk through the elevated paths to get a better sense of what the village offers: Hidden Village Overview (Air-Kin Enclave): Shrine of Echo-Balance: A tranquil open chamber of stone and suspended crystal chimes. Locals believe this site may resonate with elemental relics—especially those with Spirit or Air aspects. Trade Tent: A quiet merchant, Kaelis, trades in rare curios. He offers to trade or purchase: Ancient Air-Kin Brooch – ~30 silver Jade Carving – ~25 silver Has wares such as: Air-infused arrows, scrolls, and a faintly glowing Gale Prism (price TBD) Ritual Platform: Used by locals for aerial meditations. Training here may boost Air affinity over time or through specific trials. Wind-Reader’s Loft: A spiritual guide named Mirea is said to speak to currents and fate. Might offer insights into the Spirit Temple or hidden paths forward. Guest Hollow: A small resting area for outsiders. Staying longer may reveal additional local side quests or lore. Hey @DPR am just checking the pass along abilities disappear at 1st death and that person then chooses treestump or restless spirit. Their 1st death message just says their name and if they had an ability at the time of their death? And then the final death happens if they get coronered and they lose their spirit/stumpage

The lingering echoes of the vision draw your thoughts back to that robed, faceless figure, their voice a distant whisper in your mind. Turning to Nyra, you ask quietly, “Do you recognize the figure… or the tree of thorns? What was sealed there?” Nyra flutters lower, wings almost silent. She lands softly on your shoulder, her tone faint and distant. “The figure… is old. Older than the Five Temples. I have no name for them. Only fragments.” “They were called the Veilkeeper, in some of the earliest Spirit archives—guardians not of an element, but of the space between them.” “That tree…” she pauses, visibly disturbed, “is the Thornroot. A prison for what could not be destroyed—something unaligned, wild. It was sealed with all five totems in balance.
