Darthe is null. I could see him making that claim as the real Watcher, a vanillager or as a wolf almost equally.

I don't see him making that claim as the real watcher as it just puts a bullseye on his back.

The simplest answer is that you are both lying. It says nothing about your alignments that you guys claimed. Obviously at least one of you is lying.

My issue isn't with the claims themselves, but with that Darthe is prompting for us to discuss it.

It's not like he was the first one to bring up the watcher role in the game. You were ten minutes into the game. Granted, he was claiming it and you were drawing attention to how it's essentially our cop role.

Yours rubbed me the wrong way because it seemed more like you were drawing attention to the role itself whereas Darthe's felt more like he was drawing attention to himself. I feel there is a difference there, especially considering if my memory serves me right, the one time I can remember playing with Darthe he was kind of out there early in the thread to get reactions/start discussions. He got a lot of heat for it and nearly got lynched because of it. Luckily, he wasn't lynched and was town and he and I ended up working pretty well together. So I'm giving him a little bit of slack for right now.

He did draw attention to himself, but he also drew attention to the role by suggesting we discuss his claim.

Bold is irellevant to this game. Because you were able to figure him out then doesn't mean you're right here. You can't know his alignment already unkess you are scum.

He is my best shot for scum right now. Suspicious of you right now too.

But I can obviously be wrong. It's early. There isn't much to go on. It isn't a strong reason by any means, but it's the best one so far.

I'll give you that one game doesn't mean I can instantly figure him out. I don't know what his alignment is, but right now with what's in the thread drawing that much attention to himself and asking for discussion seems more likely to be town than mafia. Doesn't mean he is town, just that it seems more plausible to me.
