In a quicktopic you can use html tags.

One of those tags are <blockquote> which allows you to put text centered like a block of text. These tags don't work here as the forum isn't based on html. I don't see any reason for those tags to be used when posting a picture ever.

When I quote her post and hit "More Reply Options" - which I did bc I wanted to preview to see if my image came through I get the same thing.
