It has a few reasons behind it but more or less it's just a probability thing based off of what reads I already have

The game of mafia is played, and scum tells come and pass, leaving reads that become pings. Pings fade to suss's, and even suspicion is long forgotten when the poster that originally cased it comes again.

There is always a bewilderment hurdle to get over with you before I can really start making sense of it. I'm looking forward to not having to bother because Sooh is being villagery.

Just the last few where we're steering back to actual gameplay. 

 

I get a bit leery of giving too much credit to someone saying "yes, this player can read me well" when the two conditions I mentioned are met. It seems there'd be plenty of room to use that as a red herring or use it to your advantage with your hydra partner if you're a wolf.

I think the connection is silly. Villagers forget hydras and wolves forget hydras and wolves fake forgetting hydras for distancing. What matters is not giving people a pass for a mistake that can be easily faked.
