Let me say this, scum likes to lynch easy and that means they will go for a player who is trying but not making sense to the vast majority. The last recent couple of votes are in no way townie once you guys see me flip town. You all think I'm scum for being me and I don't see how that actually is a good reason.

 

 

You actually have to say something to make sense.  You called Darthe not town.  Why?  Re-hash your entire case for me.

I do though and it's always the same people who go "actually town tell" when that will just get me lynched because people on my site will go "oh she's scum". It's his tone with the sili case at the beginning and his tone of patronizing that just calls scum to me.

 

Your arguments might make sense to you, but that doesn't mean they're going to make sense to everybody.  I'll fully concede that Darthe was being patronizing to you - I'm pretty sure he said the same thing, in fact, and said he was doing it on purpose.  He did the exact same thing last game when he was town.

I find her stance on me odd but that being said she seems to be in constant catch up mode so I don't really know how much to read into either.

 

 

The Celeste wagon rallying is only making me more confident in Seph being scum.

It is more the timing of the Celeste wagon picking up that looks odd. Basically Seph gets to 4 votes and then previously low posters jump in with a renewed Celeste push. Not a fan.

 

Not sure what a Seph town flip would mean off the top of my head. Obv I don't believe that will happen.

Liz is my highest Town read but I dont have a problem with anyone mentioned here.

Hally is town, easy read this game. Im having a tough time clearing Liz, she sounds okay in general though

Hallia is an easy read, or she has me totally fooled. Either way, I don't think I'll ever vote her this game.

 

As for Laine: from what I read from her catch up, I liked. I know she struggles with the postcount this game, and I understand it's frustrating. Town for tone and some content.

 

 

I don't think Hallia's an easy town read at all.  My key for trying to figure her out is a prolonged consistency in her reads.  She's never going to sledgehammer somebody in the thread and just pound away until they're lynched, but I don't think Hallia likes pushing people she knows are town.  This is why I told Zander yesterday (?) that I wasn't sure why he was so strongly opposed to Sili's push on her.  

 

You can easily attribute her lack of activity to being on vacation.  But I feel like her random one-liners here and there aren't really how she plays as town.  It's not exactly how she plays as mafia, either, but I thikn it's considerably closer.

 

 

She pushed Dice and me really hard in Minions as Scum.  And we were both voting/sussing her and she didnt even care about the amount of OMGUS she created from it.  I dont think she likes playing as Scum in general and that why I find she'll force posts as Scum.

 

Random one liners and Scummy drop in little to no reason votes and hammers is pretty much pure Town!Hallia imo.

I think you're right that she doesn't like playing as scum, and I think that's evident by her lack of conviction.  I've had pretty decent success reading her lately based on how firmly she seems to believe what she's saying.  

 

Look at BFG's game, where I POE locked the game on D3.  I had Hallia as one of my strongest scumreads on D1 because she just would drop a read and then do nothing with it.  She was presenting thoughts, but it didn't seem like there was any backing to them.

Look at the wagons.  

 

Seph - Calder, me, you, Darthe.  Someone I would guess is town, someone I know is town, someone I'm almost positive is town, and somebody I'm pretty confident is town.

Celeste - Zander, Seph, Sili, Thane, and now Hallia.  Someone I'm pretty confident is town, my strongest mafia read, somebody I'm pretty confident is town, basically null, basically null.

 

Seph might have been able to go a different way than Celeste, but Thane and Hallia piling on her was unnecessary if they're mafia, unless it's Celeste-Seph-Thane or Celeste-Seph-Hallia.

Okay, since apparently Celeste doesn't want to play ball and actually work with me here, this is what I'm sitting on.

It is your problem tho because a lot of people thinks youre Scum.  If youre actually are Town youre distracting Town from finding the Wolves by doing this. 

 

Like I get that its your way but Town has 2 responsibilities finding Scum and TOWN TELLING.

 

Build your reads for yourself the way you do but like in School when you got a math question on a test and it says to not just answer it but to show your work as to how you got there.

 

Can you see it from others perspective, ESPECIALLY when youre playing off site where you dont have much or any history with a lot of the players.

Ten hours ago, she admits that Seph is a pretty good candidate - for a reason I think is pretty evident from the thread.  Now she's a vote or two away from being hammered, and she's still refusing to move over.  Even if just to TIE the vote count.  

 

I get not jumping the gun, but we have 8 hours left, and I'm pretty sure her vote is parked on Darthe.  I appreciate an against-the-grain case as much as the next person, but I think we can all agree Darthe isn't getting lynched today after how the phase has gone.  Why is she so adamant on him?

 

If she's town, the best thing she can do to help town is save the ONE person she would know is town and worry about picking up the case she believes in most when it's actually viable while settling for a case she admitted isn't that bad.

Im not asking you to change who you are, Im just asking you to show us your thinking.

 

Ive asked you to do a bunch of things and youve flat out refused to do so.

 

 

I'm not sure. That's why I have voted Celeste over Seph at this point. IMO, he could do it in both alignments, I don't know in which one he's more likely to do so though. I'd expect a bit more... more... something...  More fight to avoid being mislynched, more bite to avoid being lynched as wolf. To be clear: the wording of his posts made it feel, for me, as if he was conceding. Whether it's true, or not, I dunno. But I tend to trust my instincts in these here games, and sometimes I get things right.

D1 players should just never try to fight me. Thats happened in every game since I returned and every game they got lynched.
