I remember her thinking you're scum which I guess would increase her scum equity considering I'm fairly certain you're town after this burst of wim, but she had a few posts of frustration that seemed genuine

 

I still think the "this is the best you're gonna get" comes from scum mroe often than town despite that turin will incorrectly say it's hypocritical of me

I am playing, but I'm intensely disliking this situation.

 

On one hand I feel like Zander's posts have been scummy. 

 

On the other I feel mean if I vote him considering RL stuff. And yet again I know I shouldn't take that into account, but it's really hard not to. I'm stuck trying to find an alternative to a Zander-lynch, and I don't know where to point my finger yet. I have Zander on the bottom, and the next over him is my null/no information tier. I just don't know yet.

 

I can't clear Darthe, but I think he is showing more his town side than not.

 

I can't clear Laine.

 

I can't clear Calder.

 

I have town feels about Lenlo, based on what I've seen so far and his willingness to solve.

i can only think of Cory's game to base it off of.

 

I dont recall playing with him as Scum in any of the games we've played together.

 

I dont know how much to base off of that game because he missed most if not all of D1 and was already behind the 8 ball so to speak.

Darthe can be high volume, high WIM mafia. Best example probably American Gods, but that was almost a year ago.

This is true imo. If you have someone in your sights, you stick on them til they're dead. If you don't, you move around.

 

I don't know if it's alignment indicative. I've only seen you as town. I don't know if the scenarios you explained from your scum games can't be seen as having your hook in someone as you to as town.

Bolded. As I've been catching up I've had in the back of my mind that I was asked why Zander is town. I have liked his play recently, and this is a perfect explanation for it. His burst of wim

 

But I disagree with you on laine's scum equity going up for thinking he's scum. I don't remember much about it either (will be paying attention to it in my reread) but thinking a townie is scum isn't scummy by itself. Scum and town both do this regularily.

Unvotes. I don't see the theory that this vote was removed IMMEDIATELY because it is TMI on Kronos' part.  It looks fairly natural in a case that he came in and wanted to "hello" vote if you will. removing it right away.

 

 

My only real niggle about the entire thing was why he didn't do it on his original entry to the thread. Not sure what to make of it at this time. I do need Kronos to get into the game tho. Same with Thane. It just isn't fair to have people not participating.

The concept behind me thinking it was TMI was based on that he didn't want to leave the vote on her to see what reaction the vote would bring. To me, the most likely reason for that was he already knew her alignment.

 

I get that it's a weak reason, but it was a gut feeling thing.

I think Turin and Sooh are probably town, and that's pretty poor for this stage of the game. Turin I've touched on but mostly the confrontational attitude. Sooh is mostly because I think her early tone would have been cleaner as mafia, and the ramp up in activity feels natural.

 

Darthe is tricky. On the one hand he's antagonised half the thread and that's generically not mafia behaviour, Darthe isn't generic so although he's probably slightly townie for it I can't clear him for it. I dislike his voting pattern this game, but it seems geared to garnering reactions which again is probably more townie. At the moment I'm saying likely town, but I really need to ISO him to have confidence in it.

 

Re Zander - it's probably a mistake to clear him for how hard he fights a lynch, he fought his lynch in Diablo(?) as a peeked mafia harder than most people fight lynches period. He's hard to read this game because he hasn't really cased anyone. I'd lynch him over Darthe but don't have much confidence in it, I didn't have many problems with him until he started being cased. The OMGUS is null for him, the concern is in the apparent lack of suspects before then, not sure how much credit to give for RL.

 

Laine's vote on Thane comes out of nowhere to be continued.

And now Sooh is good again. IIRC Hallia was the third one on Sooh (no not going there) and it looks in hindsight more like it could have been a bus vote just to show she was on early. Cause I don't see a solid reason for that vote if she really believed Darthe was mafia. (that is a different post tho I think.

 

Laine that isn't even the only reason I'm wtl you. I mentioned that you seem awfully defensive, and that feeling is still there. Give me more to go on or you want my opinion to change.

For instance, Zander why aren't you voting the other people who voted you? They posted less reasoning than I did. BFG and Laine posted more than them and haven't voted you yet you've critiqued the both of them for sussing you. Where is the consistency?

Im only voting you because I think youre a wolf, the only person Id have considered doing this to his Lainey, but then again, she just thinks I'm Scum from like pretty early on but hasnt done anything else at all with it nor voted me herself.

You mean Hallia's reaction? Or other people's? If you are meaning Hallia's then I don't really get what you are getting at. I could possibly see if he was fishing for other reactions but not really feeling that was what happened.

I don't see why you have a problem with Hally's confirmation that my peek was Zander. Obviously we aren't both the seer. And if one of us is, the other is helping the cover by having the same person. My certainty could be fake, or it could be real. The fact of the matter is it shouldn't matter. He's town in my eyes whether I know it or not, because that's how peeks, real and fake, work.

 

So it should be the same way for her. It should be that way for everyone that has a peek. Cuz fake peeks fail to be useful if they waver in their read.
