Calder im leaning Town on.  Seemingly more involved here and from the couple games ive seen from him on DM, he tends to lurk more as Scum whereas hes more open as Town.

More town!Zanderness here.

 

Especially if Calder is town.

Seriously?

 

You're already patting people who come to the same conclusions as you on the back and telling them they are good. I'm not a performing monkey and I will make the exact amount and content of posts as I wish to this game. Judging from previous experiences with you I'll get FOSes anyway if I make reads that differ from yours, so I'm just not going to make the effort. 

 

I'll share my thoughts when I have them, but I won't put down an iota of more energy than that this game just for your town stamp. It's not that important to me.

I actually thought Darthe was a wolf on tone during his intro but admittedly he's dug himself out and I'm not sure anymore

 

He at least deserves another day, but don't forget that he's a loud and likable wolf who goes very far with the "i'm relaxed and dgaf" tone that makes him seem more villagery than he really is.

The Cory has been frequently out of sync with my early opinions on people but seems to come in-line with them over time.

 

I'm inclined to think it's a sign of a town being cautious. I dunno.

 

 

You think Cory is being cautious and if so you think thats Towny coming from Cory?

 

I'd take the sentence back if I could. It's really just wishful thinking.

I've played like 20-30 games with Darthe; I think you're naive if he's someone you can clear through a spurt of good posting.I need a long arc from Darthe to really be able to read him, but he was able to provide me that.

Wouldn't say I cleared him. Would say I felt consistently good about him.

 

Do you ever write things that you feel arent townie or dont specifically present you in that light?

 

I don't think I've ever made a post for the express purpose of getting town read as town.

 

I frequently avoid doing so as scum too, and try to manipulate on a deeper level.

 

I sometimes post things that are intentionally scummy as either alignment.

 

The post you quoted was just an honest thought.

 

Apparently your tone is god's gift to the world so that makes sense for you, but for most of us how we sound is a factor in how we speak.  It's learned behavior.  Also, it can backfire so a lot of people try it when they're newer then ignore it and save it for "as needed" use.  But I asked because (to use myself as an example) early Cory says he was kinda negatively reading me then he grew into liking me based on my posts.  Verb said he initially was a fan then grew out of it.  You say you've consistently liked me as has Zander. Turin has done the opposite.  Yet all of these same people consistently seem to find you and Cory townie based on the way you said things.  With Cory it was even (mostly) the same content as mine.  So I just wonder what I can do on this end to impact that and make myself easier to read.

As scum I try my best to read people how I would actually be reading them as town, just with less effort and perhaps a bit too easily. So I dunno. I tend to run into a hole late-game where TMI has me town reading everybody.
