Gut, for now, says:

Zander good

Hallia good

Sooh frustrated townie

Turin looking ok, but still cautious

Shad alright; for now

Cory  (Wanna make Zan jealous)

I like that Thane is giving definite opinions on people.

I think early reads or lack thereof is very null for him. But I kind of like his tone in presenting them here.

Meh.

I read Thane better as a game progresses.

Why am I posting this?

Yay alcohol.

I actually thought Darthe was a wolf on tone during his intro but admittedly he's dug himself out and I'm not sure anymore

He at least deserves another day, but don't forget that he's a loud and likable wolf who goes very far with the "i'm relaxed and dgaf" tone that makes him seem more villagery than he really is.

See: http://www.dragonmount.com/forums/topic/94421-american-gods-mafia-advanced-mafia-win/

I started wolfy to you? Huh, show me plz.

Yeah, I found it weird.

The Cory has been frequently out of sync with my early opinions on people but seems to come in-line with them over time.

I'm inclined to think it's a sign of a town being cautious. I dunno.

It was the "LOL I'm here here's some posts but I don't really care I'm just here for laffs" bit in your first 10-15 posts.

You are one of those players that I think has better toan as a wolf than as a villager; as a villager I mostly read you on whether or not your thoughts make sense and are natural.

Fair enough. My first Mafia game he lolcatted for the first three phases and I was dead convinced he was scum, couldn't for the life of me figure out why most people were town reading him. As soon as American Gods ended he changed completely, got heavily involved, fake claimed cop, almost cost us the game actually, but it became really obvious really fast that he was town who'd just been intensely more concerned about perception in his scum game. Maybe that's why I read his carefree attitude coming into this game as town off the bat?

I've played like 20-30 games with Darthe; I think you're naive if he's someone you can clear through a spurt of good posting.

I need a long arc from Darthe to really be able to read him, but he was able to provide me that.

As for me, IDK

If you can't securely townread me this game you probably can never securely town read me and I understand that

But I'm just on another level this game

Wouldn't say I cleared him. Would say I felt consistently good about him.

Clear was too strong - you said probably closer to what I wanted to say anyway.

I mean, there are times I make jabs at him but Darthe was a Champion for a reason, yanno. His wolf game is probably better than his town game by a sizable distance (though the last game I villaged with Darthe he was pretty excellent).

I obviously like his slot a great deal this game, but that's not a read I was going to come to quickly.

You'll revisit it tomorrow anyhow, I'm sure

Ehh you have a tendency to talk about how amazingly townie you are when you're a wolf so, things like that last sentence usually bug me a bit even when I am otherwise town-reading you

I actually don't think this is true

I would be almost entirely sure I say things like that as a villager more often than a wolf, but you should take it as practically null and read the rest of my game because I've been going all out.

I don't really need to ever securely town read you, frankly.  I just need to utilize you as a check and balance rather than a guiding light.

This borders on complimentary.

Its a godawful meta most likely but ive ran with it for a long time.

Do you ever write things that you feel arent townie or dont specifically present you in that light?

Posted

Calder im leaning Town on.  Seemingly more involved here and from the couple games ive seen from him on DM, he tends to lurk more as Scum whereas hes more open as Town.

More town!Zanderness here.

Especially if Calder is town.

I don't think I've ever made a post for the express purpose of getting town read as town.

I frequently avoid doing so as scum too, and try to manipulate on a deeper level.

I sometimes post things that are intentionally scummy as either alignment.

The post you quoted was just an honest thought.

You think Cory is being cautious and if so you think thats Towny coming from Cory?

I'm going to be basically clear when dice flips wolf anyway.

Ummmm...I remember Matrix.  Im not saying it wouldnt look good but it wouldnt clear you.  Id honestly be much more concerned with you if he flipped Town tho I think thats highly unlikely.
