Yes there is a difference D1.  D1 I don't generally have enough concrete information to go off of (flips, etc) and so you might have some leans, but I think a list of those you are wtl is different, and for D1 can be quite different from your scum/town list.  Like Thane for example.  I wasn't willing to lynch him because there wasn't enough information to go off of, until he came in closer to deadline and left that vague post without taking any stance whatsoever.  That gives me both the willingness to lynch him, and a scummy read on him.  You for example I was willing to lynch, but that has faded, because I don't think that you and I would go at each other like this if we were really wolves.  One of us would have had to have backed off.  You are now off my willing to lynch list, but you are just barely above null for me on my read list.  Verb I was neutral towards with my wtl list, but my gut is telling me that he is a wolf, and so I will put him in my null>scum list.

When one of them comes in and says their reads list differs from their wtl list ill have problems with them to.

I think you're getting spun around trying to explain this. How about start with the multiple posts from you that place me in a positive light (even though I was null), and that all of a sudden I'm a deep wolf.....coincidentally after Yates suggests the same?

I have doubts, and I posted them. That is essentially my read as of now. How does that equate to me being a deep wolf? I don't see how you made that connection.
