I don't have a good vibe on Sooh, Calder, and Lenlo a bit for his interactions with Zander.

Expand on all of these.

Sooh is a gut vibe, Calder joking tone doesn't seem from a town mindset imo, you I have hesitation about but mainly because of your prior push to Zander before being revealed.

 

A gut vibe isn't very easy for me to do anything with, so I'll just keep you in my POE and see if your reads change. I can't say I have a solid read on Len or Calder atp.

 

 

I think it's time for me to [unvote] Hallia, even though I disagree still with some of her strongest reads I got the feeling as we were butting heads yesterday that she wasn't as scummy as my brain wanted her to be. I'll give you a null for now, Hallia.

 

Then I think I'll [v]Shad[/v].

 

He has never had a problem seeming solving as a wolf and he fooled me once. This time around I have disagreements with the way he's nitpicking at certain people. It doesn't sit right with me.

Good morning. How is everyone?

 

Can someone please tell me where or how I actually role fished? All the role alteration questions were specifically addressed to those that had claimed second role PMs. I did not ask anyone about their roles. So I wasn't digging to "out" people. Only to ret to figure something out. I believe I have the right answer. That alignments were not assigned until N0/D1. Others can disagree if they choose. I still believe I am right.

 

My reasons are as follows:

I think it is too convenient that the person lynched just happened to be a treestump. And that the alternate wagon( and post leader) happened to become an IC.

 

In a typical game roles are assigned just before D1. this was when the name of the game was actually announced with a new OP if you will.

 

The people that have come forward to answer my question have stated that they got their new PMs closer to end of N1/Start D1. This to me is more consistent with my theory imo.

 

 

Others have disagreed with me and that is fine. But manbat has not only disagreed but stated that anyone believing as I do must be mafia yet afaict his only reason for saying that alignments were in place is "the mods would not make it impossible to lynch a wolf D0". My response to that is that the game truly doesn't start until D1 when alignments are set. The game was setup to start with 16 alive and one townie as a stump.

 

how is manbat so certain that the mafia were in place D0? I certainly don't KNOW. I am confident I'm right but I do not KNOW enough to say anyone that disagrees is mafia.

Re: Pral, why is he mafia? The "he is different" line is not enough for me. You wanna lynch for inactive? That's reasonable But then the question is why him over say Nolder?

 

My wtl as of now is

 

Manbat: emo pings, the entire disagreement is mafia leads me to think he is trying to force his take on things on us so he can lead us based on that.

 

Calder: his major change on manbat to start D1.

 

Nolder: irony. He is just not playing.

 

Next tier would be Sooh, Len and Alanna.

Link He does come straight out with his first post chastise Zander for talking about his PM and falling for the "trap" from the sign up thread.

Link His next post he's voting Eldrick in favor of a counter wagon to Zander. He states that they're both his choices for mafia but they can't be w/w. His reads are that BFG, Lenlo, Dice are town, and suspects those sitting on the Zander train without giving readings (mentions Sooh), and states Csarmi is weird.

What I don't like about this post is that he's judging those on the Zander train (built from a joke phase pre-game) for sitting on there but doesn't really supply any reasoning behind his vote for Eldrick or why he's town reading those three, what he thinks is going to become clear with Sooh or why Csarmi is weird. Just seems and odd contrast with his thoughts and how he's acting.

Link Something off about this post but I can't quite put my finger on it. Not sure if it's him playing mediator or the soft defense of Lenlo.

LInk  He does supply reasons when asked: Eldrick for his 3p questions and trying to link Zander and me and Zander for his PM stuff and reaction to pressure. These are both pretty generic reasons but I'm not entirely bothered by them.

He does end up voting Zander and there were a few content lacking posts and that's the end of d1.

Link He tries to call out Sooh in a joke she made about Zander being a stump and still able to be killed but is shot down by Z himself lol

Link Thinks alignments aren't given until N0. Again, I disagree because that would mean we didn't have a chance to lynch mafia d1 but we did automatically gain a stump who we aren't even 100% sure is town atm.

Link This is where he starts questioning setup and when people received roles.

Link Says he considered voting Sooh yesterday for having town reads and a post that was "name dropping" Pizza. At this point I just don't have the feeling that Turin is leading up to his reads. He had very few posts on d0 and never gave any indication of voting Sooh. I'm also struggling to understand why having a lot of town reads is a bad thing? Would scum not want as few town reads as possible in order to keep their options open? This just seems an odd thing to scum read someone for.

LInk I never stated I don't have Csarmi as town? Yet he's replying to me like I did.

A lot of speculation about the set up and when people were assigned roles/alignments. (3-4 posts)

Votes Monstr. @TURIN what do you mean by "he is going as far to try to bring zander's alignment into question"? This feels like you're saying Monstr is questioning Zander's alignment. You actually answer this (Link) but you leave me a little confused by what you mean.

 Finds Monstr, Calder, Hally "most worrisome" and Lenlo/Alanna pinging. @TURIN what do you mean it's associative? How did Lenlo drop from town to pinging? Is Sooh no longer in your WTL? He says Csarmi is null, Pral likely town, Celeste more info. Aren't you scum reading Csarmi?

Your reads are confusing me a little bit, Turin.

 

You know what this sounds like? Like you're trying to cover for mafia d0 and convince everyone to disregard d0. This post just feels so wrong to me.

How did you determine that alignments were set at N0/D1? I knew I was town d0, and I'm still town d1. If there were no alignments d0 wouldn't we have known in our role PMs? And why would we suffer through 40 pages of d0 to lynch someone to make them treestump? This just doesn't make sense to me and it feels like you're trying to make d0 useless irt information. I'd rather look at the game as a whole and be able to go back to d0 for information. It doesn't seem fair to take that away from us as a source of information.

Partially set up talk and how he's trying to shut out d0, the development of his reads are not obvious to me while he was also judging those on the Zander train as he was voting Eldrick with no reasoning; the other part of it is a gut feeling from playing WoW, Turin isn't sitting right with me. But that's the best I've got so far. Once I read over Shad I'll review again who I want to lynch

red   your particular wording just made me think of his setup theory differently. Are you thinking that mafia would want D0 to be ignored?

 

as for turin I want to see more then just set up talk. was hopeful when he posted a little ago when he mentioned pral but would like more
