I communicated outside the game to avoid something that shouldn't have happened. Everyone else was on. If I didn't contact sooh, it would have been obvious we were waiting for her. If she got on quickly, it could be construed as waiting for the mods.

 

Yet I get penalized for trying to keep the game working properly.

I am considering having players in my games without roles "check in" on night phases, to remove the issue we had in this game with waiting on Sooh.

Normally I just say do shorter nights and wait til deadline

 

Alternatively don't think about it. Plenty of wolves would wait to submit to try and "frame" a Euro or w/e, it's why POG has its enforced night rules

To be fair, that's not your call. You cannot do that without mod permission. If I was a mod, I would be pissed too. Your intentions may be right but taking it in your own hands is wrong
