My vote was counted, I unvoted when I saw the claim and my phone couldn't keep up with the thread, you've always asked me about this.

 

Relaxed below, I'm pretty sure I've also used the word happier after I looked at your first few points in WITD. I quoted your first few posts from 3 games I vaguely remember. In one you were obv town, in one you're mafia and the one we played together you were town but I had a hard time reading you at the start of the game and sheeped Key.

 

In the game I've seen since you came back you were less enthusiastic/relaxed and town, so I'm trying to read you without meta since I don't have any valid mafia meta for you.

 

Regarding aggressive, I wouldn't say this is particularly aggressive :unsure: but you're not the only person to think this so it is what it is. I'm more direct than I have been in recent games, but while my town game has a fair amount of range to it, I am always passive as mafia, I don't make enemies, I don't case, I don't do much of anything really, I don't interact much in thread, I'll catch up (either WoT or post by post depending on how I feel) and I'll ask the ~same questions I do as town, but the conclusions, read development are lacking. In Matrix Clov recognises this (passiveness when mafia) and ~clears me for it despite basically being absent for the first week the game played. I don't see any way I ever 'come at' Zander if I'm mafia, because of his propensity to OMGUS (as either alignment) and tunnel, and he can outpost me 10 times over and get me lynched pretty much whenever he wants, so I probably don't want to draw his attention when mafia.

 

My read on you basically stems from the fact that in my head you're an enthusiastic player who gets highly involved and is ~good at faking it when mafia (at least the only game I remember you as mafia in you swept against a town that had very strong players in, some of whom had decent experience playing with you). So this game, your posts are good, but then early on you went absent for quite a while (comparatively speaking - it was less than a day in reality, just a lot of posting inbetween) and I'm having difficulty shaking the uhoh feeling I had from it, that's then coupled with the tonal change from the last game we played and you were town. You're not in my POE at the moment, but leaving you out is making me all sorts of nervous.

Ok we can talk about it after game if you want, but you, Clov, Cory, Shad, AJ, others (basically town leaders) are people I don't want to antagonize pretty much ever when mafia, since I'm a massive coward lol, as you can all absolutely get me lynched (imo). Clov talks about it in Matrix a bit.

 

and you may have had to die before Yates/Tab were lynched, but I don't think many people wouldn't credit you for a large part of those lynches.

You can put that as null if you want, I'm also not going to claim my unwillingness to get at you is at the same level as my unwillingness to get at Clov or Cory.

 

But this thread I've made 'enemies' of half the people playing, most of whom are active. Again this is never a part of my mafia game.

 

I have never cased anyone as mafia.

 

I have never maintained thread presence as mafia.

 

 

For me to be mafia this game I've decided unilaterally to take every real tell I have and smash it. Is it possible for me to do this... I'll give you there's a remote chance and be flattered people think I could, cos I don't think I can.

 

but is it likely given how consistent my mafia game has been for the past 9 months... No, not at all.

Zander, this game isn't more than usual.

 

And I have no reason to switch it up this game. The only person playing who I think susses me on overall approach rather than picking up on my mistakes is Dice and he's never actively tried to get me lynched, although hell join the idea easily enough. Meh, maybe Thane as well, but I'm not sure how good his track record actually is, I haven't randed mafia against him very often for him to prove it.

 

last game you picked up my mistake about voting Tab, you were right that I was gearing up to bus, then decided to not as I always feel bad for bussing. It wasn't my overall approach, at least not stated on thread.

If my town range is 0-100% my mafia game is 20-50 (if I'm being generous). This game is me at 90

Guessing you're asking if vigs are normally roleblocked, and I would say that's a good use of a RB. By his own admission Len was a 1x vig, and odds were great that since he already claimed he would shoot N1.

I think he means are vig's who are RB normally notified of a failure.

 

And no, not directly. But some reasons for a shot to fail mean the shot hasn't been taken. For example if Lenlo had been jailed, I'd assume he still had his shot. Possibly the same with being RB, he shoots at Nolder, but is RB which stops him from firing in the first place, so could still have the shot. I dont think there's a general standard and that it's mod specific. But I guess if he still had his shot he'd have been told so /shrug

I am not saying I don't believe celeste's claim. I'm saying it's easy to prove and they won't leave her alive forever, so as long as we lynch a wolf today it's always better to leave her alive
