What i find interesting here is that there are only a few players up for inspection: Len, Rack... There are what, 16 slots in this game? Only talking about a couple of them would be bad. Early game, we need opinions on every player, seeing we may need those later in the game (should people actually decide to read back to what was said by a dead player)

 

Sooh is townish for people? Why? She had not blown me away at all, seems to be posting from the sidelines and not really involved at this point, for instance

 

No it doesnt like i stated and yes it is.  my problem was his "null to scum" reads especially on you.  he had you 3rd on a list when you posted like a hello post.  there were others who did the same but 0 mention of it.  like he just picked out of a hat.

for me, the most difficult day in the game is D1. I usually need a flip (or two) to connect dots and find wolves more easily. Most of D1 is gut and intuition in the game. So, not going to hold it against you if you 'go out on a limb', Nomi.

 

@Zan: 1) you need to sleep, buddy  2) I can see where his null to scum would come from. Even from the little i posted. I'll point it out for you. It was my 'feels loved' reaction to Sooh's vote on me. It wasn't the first time that the same or similar wording was used, so it might have looked as overdone and overused.

I'm not understanding his process. It reads a little forced. There's not a lot to go on yet, it's just a feeling.

I feel much more confident when I can articulate what I'm seeing and specify it more, and I can tell a narrative that explains plainly why x is scum. Until then, I feel a bit like I'm stabbing in the dark. Right now I'm looking for people who are playing to avoid mistakes.

 

Sooh can be one of those people, admittedly. But I think this is an example of something that looks similar to that but isn't that. And I can't explain why.

 

There's only a few names on my own list where I can go "this is the reason why I think this". The topmost portion is where I feel better. I think there's a lot of townies there.

Not to complain about school, but I had an assignment due at 8pm Sunday that I haven't done yet, APPARENTLY I also had one due at midnight Sunday for another class (also late). I'm also currently a week late on another assignment and have one due later today. I'm failing as a student. So, I'm off work, it's past 6am andddd I'm just gonna pull an all nighter and get this crap done >_> So this is another drop and go until I can really start analyzing things; I'm glad DL isn't until later later. ^.^

The top part sounds fake to me, and well...pushing somebody for OMGUS when they literally state "counter vote" is weird.

Not sure "fake" is the problem with this post. Because Sili was getting kinda ~testy (for lack of a better word) with Nomi or whoever. What bothers me here is that it's responding without adding anything. (Note: she comes back post 292 and says it was a joke, but that doesn't change my opinion here, it's just blehh)

Quoting this whole thing instead of individually. Lenlo's list is "meh"; not sure I agree on his reads, but I need to look at all of them more closely. As for those particular three, I would put Thane at a null for me, Zander town, Sooh trending down.

As for Zander's part, I like him getting into things early and not just pointing at quotes and making us guess what he's thinking. lol I'm hesitant to call it ooc, but I haven't seen this d1 Zander in a while; thinking it might just be excitement to be playing the game again though

Currently I think dragging out some of these quiet people is a good idea. BFG, Hally, Pral, Tab a good place to start

 

Out of those more active, I want to take a better look at Rack, Sooh, Sili, Lenlo.

 

This is rather a large group to look at.. I'd probably narrow it down to the top group and Sooh/Lenlo atm

we're lucky (or unlucky, it has to be seen) that the DL is end of the week, so the people that are not active now can still pitch in (hopefully).

Narrow it down once we get that inactive group talking, and we have plenty of time. I'm counting on Cory to do half my work since my attention levels have been lacking lately.

Sorry for being relatively silent, weekends are a bad time for a start for me.

 

I don't really see where the fuss about Lenlo started, but it's an interesting fuss to look at. Lenlo's response to it doesn't give me any bad feelings, but neither does Sili right now. The first time I did have bad feelings about Lenlo was his reads list, as others say, why Thane more than any of us others who haven't really posted a lot?

 

I found Shad's posts 194 and 195 interesting and helpful; I would maybe lean town on him for now, but could interpret his helpful analysis in a different light later on, depending on where things go.

 

I feel good so far about Thane and Corlanna and would have them in my town pile. I liked the effort Thane put into his first meaty post, Laine seems very on par with the Laine I played with in the past, as does Cory.

 

I have unsure to bad feelings about Sooh and Zander or Lenlo. I want to see more from Sooh, who seems quieter than normal.

 

Zander, who else do you have a read on?
