@ Verb - I already explained it. She put it on record that she did not believe the mafia were able to talk for the four days between the role PM's going out and the game starting. I don't get why it would be logical to assume someone else is mafia because they did think that.

 

As for the teaming up as scum, it's true that you don't typically do that. In fact, your on-thread interactions are usually incredibly awkward when you're both mafia, and you're both well aware of it. Leelou seems to be quite sensitive about people using your on-thread interactions to read the two of you, so it's probably best if you don't try to appeal to that meta.

 

I'm not saying I am sold on you guys both being mafia, or even either of you. As I said, I need to finish rereading, and I wanted to put what I had so far out there so people can see what my current thought process looks like.

 

I'm not appealing to meta - I did say we are either both town or one of us is scum.  It is highly unlikely, due to that meta, that we would be this good in pulling off the Verbal/Leelou scum partners interaction.  We're both pretty ok at this game, but by god do we royally suck at being scum teammates, heh.

 

I'm leaving in the option that one of us could be scum.  It ain't me, but I don't see anything yet from Leelou to think it is her, either.  So that leaves the most likely scenario of us both being town (I'll go with that for now).

When cory posted about wolves having had time to strategize, what did you think about Cory?

I had liked him so far in the game. Him mentioning the 4 days didn't add or take away from that. Now the only thing that keeps me from saying town with more conviction is because I think he could pull the wool over my eyes.

So one thing ive noticed after going back and getting all of Eldricks posts, nothing really sticks out to me. Like he has almost as many posts as I do, meaning hes almost in the top 5-6 and yet I can barely remember him doing much. Im curious how other people feel about that, cause I just cant shake this feeling that alot of those posts are just there to look active. Like instead of putting things into 1 post they get split int 4 or 5 and it pads a count.

 

Anyways now ive got all the posts im gonna read them and do all that commentin stuff withem. Curious if other people feel the way I do.

Well ive rarely given a crap about a game as much as I do this one, so lets venture into the unknown together.

Well here's where I am at:

I don't really want to lynch Ocicat. He's always going to be in the ~null pile because I can't really make sense of how he thinks, but I think the fact that he responded to me with contempt is more likely to come from him as a villager than a wolf. It's not clearing for him by any chance but I think he flips villager more than not.

 

I don't really want to lynch Talya. Again, not in my "villager" pile, but another player I think is just more likely to be a villager who is reacting strangely to some heat than anything else. I have a few things I've noticed from her wolf game (TUS / Beli / PYP) and she hasn't really hit on any of them here. Not super confident, but thinks she flips villager more than not.

 

I think these wagons are better than the mess we had earlier, but I still think we can do way better. There are a lot of players doing very little and completely lack any desire to engage. Tina had some posts that were okay on return but she's still on the bottom half for me. Verbal is better than this as a villager. Pral is a liability as a villager and I think there's been a lot of v/v violence so far which probably points to there being wolves in the slankers and inactives.

 

Eldrick is a complete mystery and probably will never meaningfully resolve himself, but at least he's here and trying to say things, and I've always had a "reward the people who try" type system when we're shooting into a big pile of mystery players.
