Mafia killed Sili because pushing a lynch on me is much more feasible than me, especially given Sili's EoN comments. Has nothing to do with who he was pushing.

NAs appeared to be mixed up. PR hunting is therefore unfeasible. Primary targets are going to be Universal Town reads or people they want to shut up. Killing certain people b/c they want to shut them up draws undue attention towards them and their views. Therefore they're after people they can't lynch.

This is way contradictory. You yourself say NA's are mixed up, but don't take that into account when it comes to who was killed... We have no way of knowing of Sili was the intended kill.

Two of the kills have been cory and Sili. It's highly improbable that the mafia NK is being interfered with. Rough math puts it at like ~1%.

Ok, I see a decent case, and I'm getting bored. Vote: Talya​, ​​although anyone on Sili's list is fair game​.

 

Multiple points here. The fact that he got on a train because he was "getting bored', and that he justifies who is a good lynch by someone else's list.

 

I agree with Sili's reasoning that she was halfhearted and contradictory in behavior. Additionally, she already has votes. If you're willing to vote and push your case against Verbal for poor content. And btw, going after those who have been absent and have said/done little is not the better course, as they can come in and do enough to look better, while Talya has been fairly active and yet has Sili's points against her. Going after people for bad content trumps going after those with little.

His correction in the second one here makes the first one contradictory. He points out why voting someone with low content isn't the better choice, but is willing to push a case for that reason.

 

 

 

I'm currently waiting for class to start, but I have a bit of time to note nobody else seems to have noticed I slipped yesterday and forgot what day it was, saying the phase would end today. Hm? :p

 

Why do you consider this a slip, and what should be significant about it that anyone would take note of it?   

 

A. Because, from an outside perspective, it can be seen as the slip of nervous scum hoping the phase ends before they come under fire again.

This is the second time, at least, that you have brought up the topic of mafia NK not being mixed with everything else. Makes me wonder if that's because you know it isn't.

 

For the record, I didn't get a result back last night. So something screwy is going on with the actions. I targeted Mish, to confirm what she said about her role. I saw nothing happen.

I said as much early D2, while all the discussion was going on about NA's.

 

I don't care if you don't like it, I believe the mafia shot isn't being redirected randomly like the rest of the actions. CorKey *had* to be the mafia target N1, there's no way that was meant for anyone else . Sili was a pretty strong town read for most, and the person Cory was most certain was town.

I don't really think that point indicates anything, tbh. Players can be self conscious regardless of their alignment - after all - their 'life' is at stake. It's like saying just because someone is town they shouldn't be more thoughtful about how they word their posts and stuff.

 

Anyway - JS and Sooh sound pretty villagery to me from the beginning thus far.

On the same note, given the choice between lynching mafia and Loki, what's the best play? I assume mafia has roles too, so they gain info from it. On the other hand, town's investigative roles don't need Loki dead to know what they do. On the other hand, he sort of blocks our doc.

IMO the only thing the Eldrick as Loki argument had going for it was that I thought he was newish. Since he's not, I don't buy into it at all.
