Hi folks due to the replacement troubles and general game difficulties I've extended deadline to tomorrow at Midnight which is 23 hours from now.

so, dice... here's a question: considering the odds, we could still vote Talya instead. After all, BFG or AJ could hammer that easily, seeing she's not fully cleared by either. Should we?

I agree with dice here that Zander is reacting quite emotional, and i have serious doubts that he could fake that.

 

Talya, Zander and AJ are bottom three, odds are good enough to vote any of the three.

Talya leaves for Talya asks if she should lynch Zander and leaves for an entire day. Not exactly enthusiastic to cap him is she? Could be because she doesn't want to cap a villager. Could also be because Zander is a wolf and she wasn't ready to give up on him. =/

 

 

it started with a gut read.  she's playing too clean man.  NO ONE thoughts shes scum yet in every game ive played with her as Town!Talya people have suss'ed her early and often. 

 

this is VERY alarming.  others are now starting to put the peices together as well.  im not the best at building cases Dice as you know from Star Wars.  I believe Im right here

 

and with the PoE this small it only makes me even more certain!!!!

 

i didnt like her comment about a Rand town flip makes Verb look good then voting Verb either.

 

i think its very likely AJ/Talya as the last 2 wolves imo.

Zander who is at L-1 pushes Talya. He avoids making a compelling argument, and he leaves AJ open as a possible mislynch route.

 

 

Meanwhile after Talya's day-long hiatus, she goes from suspecting Zander to focusing on AJ and Thane. Instead of pushing harder for Zander's lynch, she shifts gears.

 

This is in addition to being on a day-long hiatus while Zander was at L-1. It looks bad for him.

pretty quick flip from town read to most likely scum Thane.  pair that with your flip flop on Dice who is pretty obv town is alarming me.

 

 

Right here he says Dice is a pretty obvious Town. What I dislike is he didn't follow up on this read today. Instead Zander promised to read or some such, didn't, and not once did he fos Thane's slot. One wolf is between the three of us. This day is about poe. I would like Zander to expand on his current reads.

How caught up are you?

I know the gist of what's going on.

 

Thane looks good.

 

Zander looks less good.

 

Everyone's ignoring Dice because he 'can't' be scum.

 

You're the doc.

 

We don't know if wolves have a shot left.

 

Waiting a day probably won't solve anything because an f4 favors scum more than an f3 does because of you.

After further analysis I have come to not like this post. :dry:

 

Dice, Thane looks really good after that Talya lynch. Why do you think I'm being put in a bad spot?

im thinking zander and that my worst nightmare is if he is town. cause you are right  that Talya lynch looks good for Thane but I am NOT ruling out bussing but it seemed pure.  i need to reread that

So do you think it more likely that Zander or Thane was bussing?

The difference between Thane and Zander is Zander was on the chopping block, while Thane was not. In fact, were Thane a wolf, then he had a villager at L-1 and no reason to bus a wolf pal, WITH A VACATION COMING UP.

 

I want to stress that last part lol. Normally when a wolf busses they plan to take advantage of the town credit at least.

Thane votes. the last line sounds playful and relaxed. Something Id expect BAND thane to do but not MAFIA GAME thane.

You guys are walking into Zanders hands.

 

A bit of history, I haven't been back playing long, took a while to get into playing these new games with new people, so that was why people couldn't read me before. Funny how this and the other game I'm playing they are doing it well. Also a little (a fair bit <3) help from Leelou in how to make me more focused. And that is his reason for thinking I'm mafia, that is bad.

 

I think that Zander and Thane are the two left, I still need to check over AJ, I also didn't like him switching to Zander with no reason. Would he do that to Zander if they were on the same team. I don't know. This could be a ploy. Lets see if AJ comes in and Hammers me.

 

Dice like Thane also now seems to be willing to just jump anywhere without doing any work. What a thought AJ and Dice as the wolves!

 

Need to geet lunch soon and then I will look at AJ.

 

All I can say at this point is I hope wolves don't have a kill left because I think we have lost.

Still need to check on AJ, I'm never playing in two games again.

I have Dice above Zander and Thane. I could easily see them both as wolf. But AJ going after Laine on D2 looks good for him, but he did wait for the hammer, why not pushed the train as he did on the other two, but then they were both town, so this would make sense, he looks to push for Alanna but waits and sees if people go that way. If we didn't he would keep that in his back pocket for later to make him look town when she flipped later, or clear her if he went first. If AJ is wolf I think it brings Dice back into the fold.

 

Mentions Zander and Thane but again Zander is mentioned before Thane. No reasons tho

 

 

Ok, my thoughts
AJ - I think he has had a pretty solid town game so far
Dice - liked his tunnelling of Alanna, don't think he would do this as wolf, thought going for Verb bit was wrong, seems he was right.
Thane - has towny feel, need to go over his stuff again, because not that strong a feeling
Zander - haven't liked his tunnelling and lack of decent backup behind his reasoning. Alanna treating so towny makes doubt he can be wolf
Verb, he did feel more towny when he first came in, but since then seems to be arguing, how can he be wolf, he is so on his town game. No oroper reads on people. He is my lowest read still.
If I had to choose between Zander and a Thane after that, not sure. Need to review both.
I haven't forgotten BFG ...top of the pile no doubt there whatsoever <3

Thank you. The trip was nice but the two days of driving each direction has me a little saddle sore  :tongue:

Good job on the Talya lynch - the last wolf isn't me though - like I said during my last post.

Still between Zander/Thane for me. I think you guys are giving him too much credit so sussing Talya since D1 but now only getting her lynched D5 or whatever it was after joining her on two townie mislynches. He also didn't vote Laine iirc - so no - emotional outbursts =/= town at this point.

Thane said something the day Talya was lynched that I think was pretty telling. His order (after I voted Zander) was Zander -> AJ -> Talya last.

Not sure who I would go first in this situation but would like to hear thoughts from everyone including them.

 

AJ points out Zander has been yelling Talya all game gotten nowhere but did help lynch two townies

 

Points out Thanes lynch order as well

 

Brashness I guess. Wasn't thinking deep into it - thought the point about Zander going underground in F5 (essentially) after being on two townie lynches with his #1 scum read was a bad look and decided to vote there. The game had essentially stalled - but fwiw I don't think the vote was bad necessarily. Generated a bit of talk and got Zander to come back in. Thane certainly seized the opportunity to get on it quick before Dice unvoted so that was some good info.

 

 

BFG  can you tell me what this was about? he was responding to you about lockclearing zander then voting him but i feel like im missing some context
