Verb will get his. In either scenario I don't see the outcome being much different.

 

If we went Verb first, he flips wolf we still lynch Rand next because then it REALLY looks like he was making up all that stuff.

 

Really expected Rand to turn up red there, sort of disappointed that he didn't but town is still in decent shape.

 

Still pretty confident we get wolf #2 in Verb. He stayed wisely off the Rand wagon after voting him EOD2 over Laine and has sketchy reason for doing so imo.

 

Wolf #3 will be harder to find - I'm gonna have to ISO everyone again to see who I think fits the best here, I have some ideas but I'm not 100% right now.

Pre-ISO I think my top town reads atm outside of BFG are Dice and Talya. Both were early on the wolf wagon and stayed there pretty solidly throughout D2.

 

I don't think Dice is hard bussing in this scenario and the way Laine spoke to him D2 which I pointed out spews him villa I think. Verb's analysis of Talya when he clears her might spew her as well if he's a wolf.

 

Zander looks bad for his reads D1/D2 in retrospect, but overall he's been pretty present and tone wise I think he's been okay. Never seen him wolf but I'm not sure if he could maintain that for long.

 

Thane helped to lynch Laine D2 and I want to say his reaction vote on Hallia D1 is villagery. The issue I'm having now is how Laine handled him D1 with the soft pushing but still maintaining a null read which a few have pointed out that made her look bad. Also the whole 'I feel bad about lynching him' thing which was sort of a cop out reason not to vote him.

when looking for town thane its kinda like looking for quiet town dice. Is he saying stuff in a weird way? is it stuff that is a bit against the grain of the game? is he happy and jokey?

i'm just messing with Yates a bit. He can be valuable for town if he's town, so he's not really a D1 lynch for the moment. The past couple of pages, for me, were quite a lot D1 andnot much gameplay.

And, beer and chocolate ice cream rock! but it's not worth voting you for that Alanna let the game decide wether or not you deserve to be lynched

On the other hand... wolves also have vig shots, next to their regular NK? that'd be a possible massacre for town N1. On the other hand, the pool ofsuspects would be smaller.... ugh... posibillites and choices....

It'll be interesting to see the Talya/Zander D1 interactions unfold again with a fresh look. I can't say that I really dislike her calling out his town read of Yates that early but Zander's reply feels so... Zander that it's hard for me to think he wasn't being genuine.

True, I like waiting for a smaller POE before people start vigging. No need to pull a Zander/Notbob, both killed strong townies N1.

Do you think they have an NK on top of the vig shots? If they did, theoretically they could kill 4 people N1 with that.

 

This was Laine's response to Thane on the wolf NK/vig shot thing btw. Sort of interesting to see knowing she was a wolf now... I'm not sure if she was just looking to forward the topic (see wolfy set up spec) or perhaps trying to get Thane to say more to incriminate him for TMI or something?

SHOULD the wolves use their vig shots N1, the pool of suspects would get rather small. So, imo, they have a NK as well. It's going to be interesting how this will play out

I'll trust you on Talya then, I can never read her; it's extremely frustrating. As for Zander, I have no doubts he's town.

 

What does your test say for Shad and Andrej though?

It's interesting to me that Laine would say she'd trust Yates's read on Talya instead of "forming" her own.
