Laine is clear on Leelou lynch I think (assuming Darthe was a villager, which is like 99% sure).

I think the same lynch all but cleared WomboCombo as well which is very fortunate cause I wouldn't know otherwise. Cause of them pushing Leelou where they didn't need to.

I find Dice being a villager very likely and I read him quite well.

Looks like a pretty good PoE to me.

That Yates one sticks out. I don't think he's been around at all since I tagged in, and I don't remember seeing anybody else say much about him one way or another. What's the reasoning for that one?

Possibly the fact that I haven't seen him around. I did ISO him early this morning before I went to bed and that's where he ended up. My notes say he hasn't been actively trying to game solve and a mention of Leelou but I don't know what I meant by that. I'll have to go back to see what I meant. I think it's a combination of that and PoE at this point, but I could also be mis placing him down there in the scum list.

Yates' thing about Verbal and Leelou clearing each other did seem kind of odd to me given Leelou's flip, but idk.

As for me, I played Middle Earth as my first game coming back to the site. I was mafia; my activity was really low and I basically sucked the entire game and only survived because Andrej was boss on the team

Then you have Alien, Mass Effect, and this game: I'm active, really scum hunting, and all around doing a pretty swell job (imo). And surprisingly getting town read a lot which used to never be the case for me.

So, I can assume, that if I start slacking and being any less active than I'm being in my town games, and not hunting at my optimal level, I'm probably going to get lynched regardless of my alignment because of that. Is that not true?

Clov is a weird mafia kill imo - if I had to guess I may lean towards him being a vig kill for how he ran interference to Leelou's wagon yesterday and someone was feeling ballsy with their hero shot.

Darthe looks to be jan'd, so I'd assume mafia thought he was a PR that they now have info on that won't be CC'd later on. That sucks.

Here's to hoping he got a troll claim like Desbat did in Darthe's Red Wedding game when they got jan'd N1 lol

Only good part of that game was imagining the mafia getting that jan report trolololol.

I'm sorry, I'm actually really out of touch with what you Seph and AJ are doing right now, trying to look at other angles while you're thinking about the main contenders, was going to catch up on the last few pages tomorrow while we visit the in-laws. Not 100% sure of the context of this question but I definitely don't think that Leelou had time to debate much if anything with her scum mates in the heat of the moment last night. It happened fast and she was keeping up with the thread, wouldn't have had much time to converse elsewhere.

That's what I was getting at, you had something related to Leelous claim and I was saying that it was crap b/c she didn't have time to discuss it. Which leads me to believe that one or more of her scummates are quiet.

Ah, my Dice issue? Suppose Darthe was vt and some obscure character we can't assume is in this game. If I claim that, what will I accomplish? If I fake a claim, how do I know someone else doesn't have it? For scum to have a 'perfect' fake claim right now, Darthe had to be a PR, and only scum can know that.

I agree with your take on "perfect" being a bad description, but at the same time I'm not sure it's a scum slip, and AJ seems pretty confident here.

@Shad, the mafia were provided with fake claims (characters) so that if we wanted to do a mass reveal or whatever, they would have roles and wouldn't have to scramble. The problem with Darthe, is that they know his power, whether it be a PR or just vanilla, along with his character, but we don't know anything about him.

If Leelou claimed Leia, I'm assuming that that was one of their safe claims for the mafia

the difference is that Darthes character is REAL. It was really in the game. I purposely left the bit about the role out.No point giving mafia ideas even when they already probably know this too. And it doesnt have to be a PR to be useful. There are characters that VT would suit. You hear char x VT and nod your head cause it makes sense. Leia isnt one tho for eg.

This threw a huge ping for me. What makes you think Clov was the one that got killed by mafia, and not Durin. It doesn't say how they died. It makes sense to me that Durin was cleaned (as per Janitor). Why would the kill not also be coming from Mafia?
