Thane could've not hammered Leelou simply because they are both wolves with one partner already down and he realized lynching her wouldn't save his hide anyway.

Let's not over complicate this.

I would be fine moving to Thane for today but if he flips red I'll be going right back to Leelou. The way they've carried each other in their reads up to this point is pretty obvious imo. Thane kept her as an outside suspect (surprise, until today!) and Leelou keeping him as a stale null read despite going for other players (and likely townie's based on Nolder interactions) like Hallia for the same low content "hi, bye" type posts.

its not trying to complicate the thread, its trying to not waste a day by rushing a lynch. Leelou and Thane are the two choices for today, theres no reason to rush our day and speed lynch. doing so is shafting ourselves out of badly needed info

thane is more scummy than leelou, i'm more sure he will flip scum than her at this point. info wise, if he flips scum like i think he will, then i'll be more sure of leelou being scum. but thats the only info his lynch could give imo a town flip from him gives nadda imo

leelou OTOH will give lots of info either way she flips. she's #3 in my scum salad (Kay and Thane are still much more scummy than her imo) her scum flip will give info on Thane, as well as the people she's pushed and those pushing her. a town flip gives better info on those pushing her, mostly Crusher imo.

either way she flips, Thane looks bad for his vote on Hallia.

given between the two, i'd rather lynch Thane cause i'm more sure of him being scum at this point; even if Leelou gives the most info.

Dude, can you stop for like 2 minutes? I'm trying to read through the thread, but this is getting old. You haven't caught me, you are dead wrong. But if lynching me helps you find others alignments, then fine. Just stop thinking that you've caught me as scum. You've caught me having a bad game and I'm trying to fix it.

Crusher has basically done the following things this game:

1. fat guy humor

2. soft defense of Nolder (including an unvote and moving to another train)

3. riding my coattails on pushing you

That's essentially it in my ISO. He avoids making a read on Thane completely - talks about no meta and needs to look into him. This far into the game, that should not be an excuse.

I'd feel more strongly about Crush being scum if not for Thane putting Crush in his WTL POE pile.

Soft defense of Nolder? Any time someone uses soft its a way of saying it without really saying it. Go find where I defended him. When I moved my vote I did it to see if anyone would follow and hammer. Namely Halia. She was on Nolder with my at the time. The day lynch was happening anyhow because time was running out. I was making a play.

100% aqreed did not do anything with Thane yet. Not going to make an excuse. Just didn't get around to it.

Day 2 YOU and I both missed the Nolder lynch. Id I was on I was going back to him day 2. Only made sense because he started puking in the tread like he does as scum.

so... for everybody thinking that i'd be a good lynch: It's ok, go ahead, i'll laugh in my grave if it turns out i'm right.

i think, at this point, there's some tunneling on myself and Leelou.

I know i pointed out Crusher here as a possible scum, because, basically, he's a suspect to me. So is Tina. And, Hallia, who i've voted.

But, yeah.... i think i've stated my opinion about the current gamestate. For the first time this game, i think.

My hard lynch status. Dude please. For one thing that is at JN. Half the players in this game don;t even know me. Two I have not been that hard to lynch lately. Hell at JN, Jetscode has been trying to lynch me every game.

his sudden change on Hallia is a wtf moment for me

first he came off as having her town for the interaction with Nol, now he's got her bottom 2 in the scum salad. o.0

1. Verbal32- i would town but every so often he does something to make me wonder. Like his Lizzie impersonation. Maybe it's the snow?

2. Sili Quirrels- Still silli, still town.

3. Thane Vakarian-No meta at all on him. Still need to look at him.

Question; with Nol D1 trying to misrep me and get me lynched, and again voting me yesterday, what about that makes you lean scum on me?

Silli still seems to be caught in the "shiny object" syndrome. Introduced a topic and pretty much carried the early part of the game. not feeling him for scum. Just shiny

Verb: Playing almost too townie for my taste. Getting in and playing "Hall monitor". Commenting what and why people should be feeling about what people are saying but not really sticking his nose in yet. I could kill him for the thrill of it.

Nolder: did not read his long drown out response to Sill's pot. He is not soap boxing about what he does and doesn;t like the way he has as town last couple games we played. I could kill him too.

Leelou: playing reactively not really engaged yet. Kinda waiting for questions and answering. Not enough to comment. Not wann kill her cause boobs.

Nyn: Best for town. She is doing what she does as town. Providing her opinion , good content and prodding players. this is town nyn. Still cause boobs won't kill.

Dice: Not familiar with him. He seem to interested in defending his funny vote on me that really did not need to be defended. not familiar with him. I could kill him too.

Kaylee; reminds me of a bobber when I go fishing. Just bouncing around in the ripples of the game. Not really sure on her yet. Could kill but not that excited.

andrej: his last few post ring town. not familiar with him but the tone seems to fit the place the game is pretty well. Wont kill him. yet

Halia: tough one for Crushlove to read. Very tuff actually.

Tina post have been pretty solid this game. She is a good town read for me.

I told you I did not get back to look at him. Im not big into the game break down thing like you guys are here. I use meta and things that jump put to me. So not being familiar with Thane.. For now nothing has jumped out to me. He seems to be defending well. I was not here for day 2 and did not read it. I had a feeling from Halia early on based on how i felt day 1 went. I thought her not moving of Nolder to hammer was damning. No way was the lynch going change with so little time left. Why not hammer? Townies don;t know who is scum day 1 so at the end of a lynch like that we all love to get to killing. I know I do.

Tina has played a very clean game. From my first lookat her to the couple times I looked. Maybe to clean? Sorta like how I felt about Verbs game earlier. But kinda late to use that, so I have her with you and Verb as very strong town reads.

Kay? Earlier thought her play was kinda non-commital or floating around if you will. Like Thane not familiar with her at all. I apologize for not have a solid detailed read on everyone here. Not the way I or most of us play at JN. Trying to add a little of it to my game though.

@AJ - what do you think about Leelou's scum list of Thane & Kaylee? If she's scum, then she's definitely including a teammate in there. Many of us have either or both of those 2 as scum reads.

I'm entertaining the idea of lynching Thane or Kaylee today instead of Leelou.

Felt like it. More of a gambit to set things up with distance for later. Neither died day 1 and we have no proof either would have died day 2 with out the investigation.

I like that song Crusher.

Again, I think we're going to get off track if we start to chase shadows on "potential" distancing moves. Better to lynch the wolf grinning at you from across the dinner table. Scum can still distance without having to argue, IE keeping each other as null/town reads and spreading their focus throughout the player list.

@Verb - I'm good on lynching Thane either today or the following. I'm pretty sure one of Leelou and Kaylee will be the last scum. Considering how the game has gone they're more or less polarized at this point imo.

no need to apologize. i read people by interacting with them and reading reactions (since i dont rely on meta like others do to base my reads off of). so i can only figure out which way to move you on the null pile if i interact with you.
