Tina and I probably shouldn't be on a list WITH sili, even though the two of us together would be reasonable outside of that context. 

 

Halli/Yates wouldn't belong on a list with me since I earlier confused Tina and Halli, which is pretty obvious. Perhaps you are aware of this and choose to discard it as a CLEVER RUSE? Doubt that.

 

Mostly I think this is a made up list without justification and I challenge you to explain it with detail.

Not sure why you are getting all aggressive here but I'll play...

 

1. WRT my "greatest strength" - I've been in the game for like 3 hours - all in catch up mode. Not sure how much of a threat you expected me to be while not here?? Odd statement for you to make. The last time I played with scum Cory [in VS] you tried to get me mislynched while I was still in catch up mode. So I'm reading this post with that informing my read.

 

2. So you are saying Town you can't read Hally even though you have already claimed you can read Hally ["the nicest person in the world"] in the past and just hydraed with her as scum? That sounds like a YOU problem to me...

 

3. I was paying attention to the game where I correctly identified your slot as scummy. Eventually. I have no way of knowing when/if you stopped paying attention to your partner but that doesn't change the fact you have your scum QT and your hydra QT to go back to at ANY POINT in the game. Seems like a nice tool to have at your disposal for reading the Hally slot given that the meta is so darn fresh.

 

4. A lot has changed since that VT game. The Krak game made it crystal clear to me that #soulreads have been nothing but detrimental to the Town. If you want to say Manbat is Town? Great. Just give me a legit reason. You know. The same stuff I asked for in the Krak game.

Other than that I wouldnt mind knockin off Pral cause hes just never here and what he has posted I havnt liked and I wouldnt mind knocking off Jmm. Sili and Sleeper both look to be comin in and actually giving us more, but what Jmm has given us has left me disappointed content wise. Ive never played with jmm, sili or sleeper before btw so if theres meta I should know well... dont count on me knowing it.

also cory I like your posts MORE than mish's, and hydras are sort of a new thing to me so I'm still working out how to try to read them, but I might as well let you know that I really disliked posts 538 and 572, though post 554 mitigates 538 almost entirely

jmm had two things that pulled me different ways

 

A) his scum list was somewhat consensus-y of players that aren't really being townread (Sili/Sleeper where the first two IIRC) but I think he had two others that were sort of random so not sure what I'm seeing there - would love elaboration!

 

B) he said something like "scum try to act super townie to start the game!" which is the sort of ideology i try to fight since it really isn't applicably true here from experience, but he said that YET said very little about me and monstr - players who are generally absurdly villagery villagers and like rambling about how town they are. so i don't really see the logical connection if that's his mindset reading the thread.

I did not like Tina or Halli's first posts (page 1 and 2 respectively).  Nothing definite for now, but I am watching them.   

 

This could just be me never having played with them before.

How about some kind of information about your character. I'm trying to figure out if you're actually  aurvivor or a mafia fibbing. Lack of co-operation will lead me to assume the latter.

 

 

 

I think we're all supposed to think this post is crazy town-y, but the reality is it's a post ABOUT taking hard stances.

 

And then there aren't any hard stances.

 

I will note that my suspicious about this - which aren't SIGNIFICANT, but do exist - are blunted somewhat by the fact that when I called out monstr for posting nothing useful mish actually figured out whether he'd posted more than me, and after verifying his contribution level came at me about how he'd presumably contributed more. That would be kind of a clever mafia move when it's so easy to just use superior information that you already have instead of FINDING MORE to make fun of me.

 

Still, this is kind of an uncomfortable post. 

 

She's also right though, jmm is just killing us by being secretive.

 

 

I'm not a D1 player; I don't get into the game well until D2 when I have a couple of flips and a lynch train to analyze. Thus lack of hard stances.

Because the rest is just fluff until something actually happens.  The only thing to go on is first impression or, if you want to (and I don't), 20 some pages of mostly random posting.
