LOL - he has ONLY tunneled me all game. That's his main contribution and posting point.

Nope. ISO Des in ascending order. He made his RVS vote on you for Des reasons. Didn't even really go after you.Called a VERB post opportunistic and wolfy as hell.Clearly trying to determine your alignment but you deflect in a typical Tommy way that is not at all alignment indicative.Jackie Chan's Thane.Talks about other reads including Me, Thane, and AJ in catch up.Looking at Arsis.Back to Verb.A little questioning of Monstr's math logic and posturingAnd that's page 1 of his ISO. Not even the BEGINNING of a tunnel yet. CLEARLY poking around at the slots that were posting at the time.

The thing about that is that not only is the math proven by the fact that we know that the change to rand villager is statistically between 65 and 80% depending on the setup it's also weird that he questioned me about it but not bfg who said the same thing at the same time.

I may or may not have things to combat said heat

Also yeah. Thane's game this go around was so different! He was engaging, very active for him. Not sure how that train formed. I do wonder that the other trains forming gained no traction, but his did.

Also, @ Berf - you haven't played in a lonnnnnng time, I don't remember your play style.

Did you ISO him?  Most of his posts were not really game related.  But I'm looking forward to what you've got!!

Posted

@aj I'm not scum but good try.

Thane was lynched because this isn't a hybrid hammer game and people didn't want to move to Sili with me. So, at that point it was Thane or no one.

Alanna I have pretty close to blue at this point. That girl knows how to get my jimmies all kinds of excited

Me too. Because that's why the Thane train formed - in spite of the fact that berf, I think, had 6 votes on him at one point, and Sili too, at one point, had 5 or 6 votes on him at one point, it really seemed that a lynch on either one was not going to happen. We had pretty much the exact number of people we needed to lynch online at that point, so we all had to agree somewhere. There were too many people saying "I definitely won't lynch Sili" or "I definitely will not lynch berf." That definitely means there were probably a couple of scum on Thane's wagon, maybe more than a couple. It also could point to Sili or berf being scum. I would lean more towards Sili, mostly just because I can definitely see why some people would have a problem with lynching berf. I'm gonna look back at it all more closely after I get some breakfast.

What was the point of that, Tommy? You claim Des is just here to tunnel. I show you his ISO which illustrates he didn't tunnel. But you are back to claiming he is tunneling and make inflammatory posts like the one above? How do you think that post is supposed to help you? I mean, you realize you are instigating a crap storm, right?

This is why I'm still leaning Tom!scum, for what it's worth. This is clearly not play designed to make the game better, to determine alignment, or to make yourself easier to read. It's gross and I hate it, personally. If I had a gun I'd shoot you tonight and let the chips fall where they may.

This is actually why I'm tentatively reading Tommy more town, tbh. I only have two games to go off, and granted, one of them was a while ago. But I found him a quieter, more reasonable townish player in the game where he was scum. The behavior you're pointing to I saw more in his actual town game.

So someone who has all of two games with me Is doing a better job of reading the emotive side to my play than players with a half dozen or dozen games with me?

Shame on you rascals.

At this point I'll be surprised if Cory is not a wolf. I think he has to be for the game to make sense.

Part of the reason I wanted to lynch Thane was because Cory hard cleared Thane and Monstr in the same post and I thought if Cory is a wolf there's probably a wolf there but unfortunately that didn't work out.

If monstr's participation takes a dive on ~D3, reconsider his motives. But don't insult him to make him rage quit.

Posted

Cory should be vigged since he left the game and Hallia likely can't clear herself fully. She hinted at a claim though. Maybe shoot Verb. Or AJ if you're rude.

Pral. Almost certainly a wolf.

Key could be but I think she is a better cop view.

I would start there.

Posted

Not many people are overtly wolfy. But some are just not villagery.

Cory

Verb

Pral

Arsis

Key

AJ

Yates

That's my list. I suspect to find 4+ non town in that list, if not all of them.

Posted

I could swap rags out for one of them. The reason Arsis is on that list is because he's capable of being confident as a wolf and he likes the hard bus. So he could be a wolf with cory.

But I don't blame you.

Today is gonna be crazy busy so don't expect much from me besides the posts from last night. I might be around to chat in real time throughout the day but that's about it.

Nonchalant, full of nonsense, but still in his villa range? What would you call it? Des on Valium?

This is Des Town as well. Plus, he was a hydra. Not sure how he could/would be read the same as a hydra and as an individual. There's a tenacity he has as scum that is missing here.

Also, he is being vilified for playing the game. I don't understand it. He isn't even in full Des tunnel mode yet, people.

LOL - he has ONLY tunneled me all game. That's his main contribution and posting point.

Don't know what happened with this, but the way I see it he isn't really tunneling anyone. He just doesn't stick around long enough for it, nor does he draw up any evidence like last time and push unendingly.

Maybe part of that is selami isn't here. But I remember slayerslice doing the same thing as scum (slanking).

You should read my post then Tom. I mean you guys can choose to acknowledge me or not but my perspective matches yours as a villager in that I don't know who the wolves are.

Posted

Perhaps then, consider engaging me in discussion or listening to others who know me better.

This seems to me a very reasonable expectation.

But what if you don't trust the others that know you better?  How then to approach it?

There's no use in being paranoid, I think. Wolves will only lie if they are sure they can get away with it.

Yeah I think that implies ~2 high functioning wolves, right?

Posted

More to the point, why hasn't he caught up?

My other thoughts:

I think Dice is generally a good but anxious villager, but it unnerves me how far he's gone out of his way to misread me. Because I haven't isod or had prior games with him, I'm unsure whether this qualifies him to be scum or if he's just being paranoid. I guess I wouldn't be surprised one way or the other.

Despothera is scum, to my mind. He just isn't acting like this game is important to him. And his bragging about a power role feels too disingenuous for there not to be any truth to it.

I believe Verbal is the most likely of those high functioning wolves.

Arsis needs to be killed at some point, and AJ needs to be killed if this game goes late. Or maybe we lose automatically if it does.

I doubt BFGkey are wolves. It was too easy to get a lynch on them, if I recall correctly. And I read BFG as village. Would drop to yellow if I'm wrong about the ease of their wagon.

If Night Actions don't resolve Tom's, Cory's, and Dingus' slots, they should be tinfoiled.

I feel like there are 1 or 2 wolves I haven't spotted yet.

....or maybe you're scum and are trying to interact with the thread and slipped some TMI in there?

Opportunistic and wolfy as hell imo

This was Irt Thane's spec on setup, which certainly isn't good or protown early on, but still, Verb jumping on him for it is sketch. Think I saw Leelou nudging this same thing on the last page, be funny if they both rolled scum together again lawlz

Actually I'm looking at Des in ISO now and his tone isn't as good as I remembered.

This post sounds a little fake now, especially the end.
