Okay, legit just spent two hours reading from ~pg 60 and looking as the wagons progressed.

 

My earlier statements about the EOD vote changes probably aren't that great after looking over it again. I think most of those people with the shifting votes are prob townies and I think most of the scum just parked their votes early.
