It's been a while since I've had that "town is finally mindmelding" moment that makes villaging fun. Arsis, Tsuki and Darthe are strong townies to me now. We saved Darthe from getting mislynched. That's mission accomplished to me.

At the cost of the role revealing of multiple townies.  There were other more scumhunting-related ways to save Darthe that didn't involve a half mass claim.

Great. Who cares. I got the job done. I'm tired. Darthe had given up. Now we have a new lease on life.

 

Well I guess if you go don't cry over spilled milk then we shouldn't care, but overall this was not a move to be proud of.

How many hammer abilities do you think there are? Once one is outed the theme is pretty easy to pick up on, not like some magic gambit has been prevented. Better to play it safe than worry about some hypothetical missed hammering opportunities scenario.
