I can't see the scum motivation for that kind of effort in defending town at this stage, so TG being town would definitely put you in the strong town candidates.

Buuuuut you and AJ both seem to have found something more recently that points to Yates being town, so I'm going to drop that for now and just keep an eye on him

 

 

I agree, but normally I wouldn't expect that level of commitment (WIM, as you might say) from scum to whiteknight a townie.  TG was under a considerable amount of pressure for where we were at in the game, especially when you factor in the quality of player that TG is.  I would assume scum would be wanting that lynch to happen.  AJ clearly wasn't letting go, and TG made it very clear he wasn't going to be around very much this phase, so he was lacking a proper opportunity to defend himself.  

 

Yates basically took that lynch off the table for today AND essentially made it so that he cannot push TG, barring an epic screw up on TG's part.  A soft defense (maybe a few statements) would seemingly be enough to explain a scumknowing townread.  Yates went WELL beyond that.  If that came from a mafioso, I applaud Yates for hitting one out of the park.

 

You should find the Kingdom Hearts 1 game for an example of the extent Yates will go to in defense of his scumbro.

Well alright, thats abit hurtful. Im gonna go out on a limb and say no, I generally dont break the rules and get myself modkilled because of it all the time, and that I really havnt played a prowolf town game because 

1) Before this I was trying to win and play with town.

2) I havnt been town much at all recently and

3) Cory gets butthurt all the time over the smallest crap, and if your still thinking of the DBZ game Cory was wrong about pretty much everything in that game so... yeah.

Two. We started 9/3 and with Town lynches D1-2 + NKs D3 starts 5/3. Lynch Town again and scum auto-wins because there's no stopping the NK

 

I'd rather not try to game Darthe though. I don't want to pressure him to feel he needs to react one way or the other, it's his game so either way I will accept his judgement.

Remember, this is because I self-voted when people were pressuring me and I admitted I was a good candidate day 1 because I wasn't paying much attention. Aj called me human Garbage, attacked me, insulted me and told me to leave the site for good. I tried to make a game related case against him and he just keeps on with the personal attacks and insults. It's very inappropriate and over the top.

 

 

I already bowed out of the game since he can not keep a level head and leave personal attacks out of it. That's really outside the spirit of the game.

My comments towards your PLAY in this game were genuine. You were playing bad, or if you prefer, like garbage. The only thing I might consider as a personal attack was me telling you not to play anymore - which again - was genuine. If your reaction to questioning in a game based on interrogation is to shut down then that indicates to me you probably can't handle the mental stress of Mafia. Don't do it to yourself in other words. Now that your real motive is out in the open I feel even more strongly about this. That sort of behavior is legitimately low and I have no idea what sort of satisfaction you'd get out of it.

Hello everyone.

 

I have taken a bit of time to consider what to do about this and have come up with some form solution though I don't know if it is the best or not.  The issue at hand is not players claiming on D1 when they shouldn't have as that is something that could be solved with a modkill.  The problem, for me, is that someone joined this game with intent to break it for both me and all of you by proxy.  

 

With that in mind I am going to reroll, force replace Arsis, ban him from any game that I host in the future and restart this game.  I don't expect that that matters much to him but it will allow all of us to return to enjoying the game.  

 

 

All of that said, I am looking for one more player.  Should any of you know of a person interested in playing please get them in here as I am going to go ahead and reroll and everyone will have new role PM's shortly.  

 

I am also moving to another game thread to avoid having to reread parts of this one and inviting confusion.  

 

I'll update with a link to the new thread HERE as soon as it is created.
