[Standard] - Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy Mafia - Replacement and BackUp needed

This is going to be a standard game (basic roles, basic mechanics, nothing fancy).

I will not give you a list of possible roles now - but there won't be anything you didn't see before (or wouldn't be able to look up with minimal searching on, say, mafia scum wiki).

 

Hammer (someone gets over half the votes -> they are lynched), no penalty on not achieving lynch.

 

Both role claims and character claims will be allowed.

 

We need about 15 players. Mentors & Hydras are allowed (for teaching purposes).

Don't ask me about the difference between standard and basic. The game will be quite newbie friendly, very basic setup (not exactly the boring cop/doc/vig stuff, but something very reasonable), completely basic mechanics, no recruiting, no voting sheenanigans.

One thing about Hydras / Mentoring.

 

I intend this to be mainly for teaching/learning experience in that way.

 

Mentors/Mentees and Hydras will have open communication inside the team (like in my last game).

 

The difference is that Mentors should be mentoring (helping out, but not directing, taking direct part).

Hydras can do anything (but both should be posting regularly).

yup. And when your teaching, you have the choice of being a normal type of background mentor, or join the fray with your mentee.

I've played a few games with you now - you definitely do not need a mentor.  You could be one.
