Yes, you are.  It's D1.  Even a strong scum read on D1 is pretty mutable.  For instance, Kaylee voting Vos doesn't fit with my impression that she was trying to defend Vos.  Could be a bus, but could also just be town.  I'd say I have a scum lean on her atm, but this game is still fluid and we have no flips yet.

At the end of each phase (day/night) you will be told on your role PM how many points you have. You can choose to spend them at any time, also on your role PM. All actions will occur at night simultaneously. I would appreciate it if everyone would check in at the end of phase to let me know if they want to spend or not. So, yes, you can.
