Since it has come down to this - I am the Huntsman. I have multiple shots, but can only take them when certain conditions are met.

I have 1 shot left, and I am allowed to use it tonight.

I shot Chae because I had her as linked to Thane and Dawn, and was not a fan of her "oh so helpful consolidation" post on Basel.

As I have never been a Vig, I was unsure about the wisdom of taking a shot so soon, but the general consensus on some off-site discussions

is "Take the shot - dead scum, great. Dead Town - meh, at least the pool was narrowed". I took my shot, and misfired. *shrug* RTE, I am not.

Since someone is sure to ask - I did not shoot dawn as I felt sure she was, as you say, an easy lynch for Day 2. Was wrong - she is more tenacious than a cockroach.

I can be honest - without some serious proof, I am aiming at AJ right now.

Jiminy Cricket was the psych convincing Henry he was nuts, and was also doing errands for the evil queen in season 1.

I wouldn't shoot AJ. I think the four players in my reads are more likely to be scum.

 

We should take the advantage of lynching a scum, use the night to get another, and lynch one more D4. If we play well, this should easily be possible. Should one of my reads turn up town, you can kill me off (again) for a scum move pushing on them. I want town to win, by any means necessary.

Well, TG will be absent for some time to come, and i would like to hear from Nikon why he shouldn't be lynched. Both are fine for me too.

I could move to Nikon if that's the direction we are headed in, still haven't heard from TG which is troubling.

As posted by Time, TG will not be active untill later. The fact that he was absent before that announcement doesn't become him. Usually he's more active. TG and BFG hiding as scum, that's what i think.

I'm still kind of on the fence about BFG. She noticed a lot of the same things I did in the game when I was reading over her ISO yesterday, so I'm not 100% sold she is mafia since we basically mindmelded on the same topics. That said I'm hoping to see more from her soon because the posts last night were pretty lackluster. I'm gonna post her ISO soon so you guys can see what I'm talking about.

 

I wish people would start putting their votes to use. Holding onto them until the day of the DL doesn't help making vote analysis any easier, especially if they all just join the same wagon.

 

Thane what do you think of others like Tal and Turin? What about Hallia?

at this point, i will go with the claims.  

 

IceTurin Leaning Town: Hesitating a bit due to his 'care to give me a list'. It could be town trying to see who we should go after, or scum seeing who should get nk'ed. Leaning more towards the first option due to his general posting.

 

Talmanes SCUM Occasional posting makes a lurker and by D3, lurkers will probably be scum.

So far we've just been ripping each other apart and lynching townies. Scum don't need to participate when that starts happening.

They can just basically ease the wagons along to ensure they get lynched.

 

Nikon is pretty guilty of this. He has consistently held his vote for the Day phase and then slid onto the lead wagon close to DL while also justifying that they were on his suspect list already. This is a fairly common mafia tactic of going with the flow and helping to lynch consensus scum reads without ever really pushing the player themselves.

 

If we don't lynch TG today I think it should be Nikon, personally.

I'm more than happy to explain, I analysed each player's statements and formed an opinion of their allignment based off of the results. With the exception of day one I've voted for my most scummy views and, though I've been wrong so far, remain confidant that we can find the scum and win this. As for your questions on my activity levels I would have loved to posted more but I've been sidetracked with RL and a number of issues coming up at work which most of my time was devoted to.  I also have other responcibilities here on DM which I place above those of a game.  I have thought of asking to be subbed out but I did sign up knowing this game would take time to play and seeing how many others have taken that path I remain here until the end of the game or my death.

 

Since so many of you are revealing yourselves I might as well join the party by letting you know that I'm Baelfire, Vanilla Town.

If you believe me we can move on and continue hunting scum, if not hope you find the scum and can turn things around once I flip.

It seems strange that you're so quick to throw that out there.  With the allowance of character claims it's safe bet that the mafia team has been given safe claims.  For what it's worth, recently I think you've been doing ok, look pretty town to me.
