There is the chance that she is.  I know her role isn't only town, it was the way in which she revealed that had me lean town.  (and why I left the 1%)

And it was the way you reacted to it that made me think you´re town.

This reads as buddying or vote buying to me. You're certainly not a tone master today.

>.< See, I have a hard time believing she's teh mafz.

Well, I won't force you, but if she flips scum I'm sure you'll attract the requisite scrutiny for a soft-claim-unclaim defense of her.

Tina - was my #1 suspect, as I've stated. I cooled a little on her as a result of Hallia's revealed information, but I'm wary of a early move from scum to protect. Food for thought, but I'm not willing to lynch yet.....especially as her claimed role can be vetted via game mechanics (but I'm still super suspicious based on flavorspec).

Dawn - I haven't spent much time on her posts this game. She's new, and I cut new players a ton of slack in the first bunch of games they play. Her early game seemed a bit sloppy, but to her credit she seems to have pulled it together a bit better since. Coaching? Perhaps. Null for now.

Des - I agreed with him early on in his spat with Darthe, and his claim is the most easily vetted via game mechanics. In addition to the vetting of Lenlo's role (prob with a future lynch on Lenlo), this would clear Des almost completely due to knowing there was no 3rd party in this game.

Clovdyx - I have no prior experience with Clov, so I can't read him yet. Asking me some pointless questions that I've already explained, but I might be as much of an unknown quantity to him as he is to me, so null. Seems to be an aggressive player, which scum have a hard time keeping up with if faked, so time will tell.

Darthe - Kind of an annoying little brat, actually. Wanted to slap him upside the head early on, but I know that was just how he likes to roll sometimes. Again, a role that can be vetted with game mechanics, so he's in the unlynchable club until we've properly vetted. That said, if that group is not reasonably cleared soon, they all go into the lynch pool, and Darthe would prob land as my #2 behind Tina (depending on Hallia, actually).

Dice - Another player I have not properly paid attention to yet, but his claim is a typical fake claim for scum. I'm waiting to hear his response to my question on whether he believes Hallia. Open slot for me right now.

Tommy - I've been conversing with Tommy all day. I think he's asking good questions, but I'm wondering about how he's defending the Hallia-Tina link I've suggested. On the bubble with him, with maybe a very slight scum lean. Very slight.

Hallia - see my commentary on Tina. I had a slight scum lean, which stays the same after her reveal, unless Tina can be vetted....in which case I'll go town on Hallia as a result.

Verbal - I'd hit it.

Pral - see my above ISO. Town read.

Lenlo - The object of some flavorspeccing as well, which I'm already guilty of this game. I like the claim, and it can easily be vetted after a few phases and then lynching Lenlo to open up the game with the verified information.....assuming we ask the right questions, which I think we're on the right track for (and this also helped my read on Pralaya with good questions and input into that line of thought). Town until the vetting shows otherwise.

If you want to look at it that way, sure.

Verb i dont know what to make of hallia. Her claim kinda came out of nowhere and convienently supports someone i find to be scummy. i am leaning mafia on her but not totally sold yet

You can hardly get anything more out of me. I have claimed. Hally can back me up. And I´m soon going to bed.

Not a great look for you. You should be fighting if you're a townie. Hallia apparently can't back you up. Now what?

Re: Tommy not reading the thread;

initially I wasn't happy with Tommy as a player because he admittedly didn't read threads wholly.  But now having done some games with him, I respect that he's amazingly good at picking up info from skimming across it.

It's just like anything else, repetition begets proficiency. Do you read every word in a textbook? I hope not, it's a huge waste of time.

Verb, thoughts now that Hallia has apparently unclaimed?

Annoyed.

She was clear that it was a claim of vetting Tina via role mechanic....as we both pushed her on......and how an unclaim.

Blah.

Verb, I would expect you to be super excited right now. Your #1 suspect is no longer being defended by vague claims and is apparently throwing in the towel. Looks super good to me. (If I was you.)

*nodnod*  Hence why I enjoy playing with you more now.  And you bring fun to the thread!

Plus my cat is awesome.

If we got Tina to L-1, would you hammer her to avoid the mod punishment?

Posted

aloof??  lol

tommy ive been quiet yes but i didnt really WANT attention. Doc getting attention usually ends up with a dead or outed doc.

Or you could work on getting better.  You're as stagnant as Basel Gill was in terms of learning how to play.  I don't think I've seen you change in the 2.5 years I've been playing.

Tina pressure sounds moot.  We have had a train on her before and we got her claim.  Now we either lynch her or wait.

I'm not super excited.

I am hesitant now, actually.  I don't know what to make of Hallia's move there.  Was it a change in direction to actually distance a bit because Tina can't be vetted via game mechanics?  Or is it that she can but might be vigged and therefore outing Hallia as well?  A lot of options, and a really weird sequence from Hallia.

I´m not sure why Verb and Tom are acting like this at all.

I watched Cory last night. I saw Hallia visit him. It should have been clear to everyone like a week ago. I said that I can´t be sure that she is town but her reaction to my claim made me think so. She can´t be sure that I´m a town watcher but she knows I´m right with the role claim.

Hallia, I would appreciate an explanation as well. I thought you were pretty clearly telegraphing a cop view on Tina or some other investigation. I talked about it quite a bit and you didn't correct me. If that's not the case, why waste my time and potentially protect a scummer?
