i had to look it up to.... OMGUS stands for "Oh My God, You Suck (for voting for me)!". it is sometimes used as a shorthand to indicate that you are voting for someone primarily because they voted for you.

Not sure how I'm being unclear here, but I'll restate:

 

As long as a vote is properly formatted and it is perfectly clear which Hydra it references, it's being counted as a vote on that Hydra. You can reference a Hydra by their common name, or the name of either players.
