I'd have to say my favorite asha'man is probably Androl Genhald, my loyalty leans more towards Taim, who made the tower what it is today in Rand's absence, and I'd choose gateways for a quick escape and the bonus of never having to pay for gas or airfare again.

If you can see private boards then it is explained there. If you go to our off site boards (link is in OP of new and returning members thread) and navigate to points page, then you'll see that there are some numbers in the columns fire, earth, air, water and spirit. These are our levels in the elements and you spend points to buy those levels. To reach a rank, you need certain amount of levels
