at one point, on D1, i unvoted coz i was ready to vote for AJ as i found he could be a bit orientating the game. But when he proposed himself as sacrifice, i abandonned this idea. Thinking that no scummy character would do that. That's why i went back on my first idea and voted again for GF

Vote Turin

 

He's been giving me bad vibes all game.  From being over-the-top imo with the memes, to the hesitation in a number of his posts, to the weakness of his D1 case...none of it's townie.

 

This is what I got in my (unfinished) reads too, from Turin. What I had in my reads list (I was doing it per player and Turin was first on the list):

 

"Turin - A bit spamhappy with memes at the start, but I suppose I can't blame him for that, with that glorious thread we have here. Going too hard on the setup talk in my opinion, considering nothing else was going on. It may also be worth noting that two of the three people Turin has called out for setup talking have already flipped town. I'm not sure if we can really make anything from that though. What I don't like is that he is attacking people on "voting lurking GF when GF lurked with an important role recently". That should be out of the question for this game. It's not the fault of the voter if an important town role gets lynched due to inactiveness or lurking. And then "Golden, if you want to talk setup by all means go ahead. " That sounds a lot different from before to me. It's still day 1, but at once talking about setup isn't a mafia read anymore, but just something Turin doesn't agree with. A few posts later: "AJ you did say that I was saying everything you do is a mafia tell. To me that is kind of the definition of tunnelling.". Well, the only one who you've called out for actions has been, at this point, AJ, and one time him together with others. "I would think you would vote for in game reasons over mets reasons." I'd say the same holds true when defending someone..."

Darthe who do you want to lynch/kill today and why

 

Rag obv needs to die.  Unless he has some reason that makes sense that I would get my own info back on him I will see that happen.  Was going to hold the reveal so we could get another view or two but with your vig shot it can be just as effective now since I can rely on us getting that info and then making a lynch.  Plus it will confirm you and I as well as we can be without a view.  

 

Unlike you I think I sorta like Turin now.  He is actually playing and is doing so well.  

 

I would happily lynch GF who is doing nothing and I am leaning scum on Ley.  He just seems to be working too hard at staying under the radar.  He does that as mafia.

 

 

How am I doing that when I have about 1 hour a day on Monday through Thursday? Not to mention that you're saying this after 4 pages of talk while I was sleeping, with 6 more coming after that as of me writing this, and me having to go to bed soon most likely. I don't even know if I'll be able to catch up the new posts today with the sudden activity. And on top of that, I have made 2 posts with my current role, whereas my role before this has already been confirmed as town (the only thing to wonder about would be why the heck anyone would want to NK me N1... I'd go for the big players any day if I were mafia).

People I'd lynch today

Dice- This appears to be the prevailing opinion today and I can't say I disagree with the things noted here.

Chael- Keeps talking about how new she is, literally it's like half of her posts. Would likely have been a day 1 candidate except for the rule that we don't vote noobs on D1. Probably even more unfortunately for her she is mentored by Csarmi and everyone knows how I feel about him. To boot, he hides as scum and I feel like she's padding her post-count but hiding like he does.

Rags- Because it don't buy a suicide Darthe gambit

 

Not willing to vote

Darthe- If he's wrong, he dies tomorrow  

Tommy- This game thread was dead before him and I find it helpful to at least have the game be interesting. Also, I'm not interested in derailing another game with another town on town argument with him

I'm still too wary about setup. My non-votes are 1 for just basic logic and the 2nd perhaps less logically cause this game is better with Tommy in it and he's playing like he did with me in another game where he was town.

I call it a suicide gambit not because of the presumed existence of a mirror, but because it would be suicide for Darthe to claim he has a reading worth killing someone over and then having them flip town.

The point is this game doesn't make sense to have a mirror and with the role Darthe has hinted at a mirror would be the simplest explanation (or else redirects that just happen to target darthes target and himself(super unlikely IMO)) and he didn't think of that

I think Dice is the safest lynch for today.

 

Chloe or whatever her name is is slowly bubbling up near the top of the suspicion pot.

 

Dap is still potential scum but I'm not as confident as I was when I first joined the game.

 

There's definitely scum in the Turin/Rag/Darthe group, with that being my order of greatest suspicion.

 

But since we probably have multiple scum factions, it's hard to say "ah, that scum is voting for him -- he must be a townie!"

 

So I have to go off thread play almost exclusively, and that's how I end up with these suspects.

 

 

And I don't mean to throw him under the bus, but the last 3 times I've seen someone die as town and be replaced in for anther player, they were scum. So let's keep an eye on him as we continue.

I think it's most likely Darthe is lying. If I believe him then like you say it's more likely he is town, which means rags is almost certainly a mirror. It's a long stretch

Lol, when someone DIES as town and subs in again, I've seen them be mafia 3/3 times in the past 2 months or so.

I guess what I'm really getting at is don't make the mistake of thinking he's still town because he was town before. Yes, that's obvious, but it's still a cognitive quirk I've seen people have.

I have no real opinion of his most recent play since subbing in, he's low on my list of concerns atm.
