I don't understand the reasoning behind shooting Des with little to no posts from him in-game. Several of you seem to think this is not unusual. Could you explain why it makes sense to do that and why it's not an unusual move? How is JN different from DM?

Could be any number of things. To get the game kickstarted and people actively playing seems the most likely. And it could also just be for the lulz.

 

 

I suppose injecting a much larger portion of levity in my game couldn't hurt.

Still don't have a case, so no, but people want to look town regardless of alignment.. right?  And when someone fails to do so that is something that needs to be fleshed out, right?  So I'm fleshing it out and her responses still stink.  Good job attempting to defend her though, I'm sure that has a logical reason.

Getting the game kickstarted is what I thought.

 

That reminds me,

Is it twisting your words to read into them Lily?  Was my first statement even a mafia tell?  I deduce that it wasn't because if I had not been the person to say it then it would not have affected you.  Thus it is relational and therefore a part of your meta or schema on me.  Further, if it doesn't mean anything as you here admit then why are you voting me for pointing out something that you consider an accurate statement and if it was a point of issue for you then why bother stating it in the first place?  It appears as if you felt the need to immediately explain yourself away or defend yourself against key's question which was beyond weak.

@ Darthe - because it could have been trying to backtrack after someone else mentioned that Han wouldn't be mafia, could also have been just her feeling like her humor wasn't obvious enough. A tiny thing, hence my not sure how to take it.

What you're doing is creating a case whether you want to call it that or not.  Whether you're setting up to go after her later or openly admitting to creating a case on her now, it's all the same.  I'm not defending Lily, I'm going after you.  There's a difference, and the latter is a favorite pastime of mine :)

This is an advanced game.  There is a good possibility, considering the timing of the kill, that the scum team may have a day shot.  If that is the case, killing Desp, early is a great move.  Since he really hasn't participated, there is very little info to grab from the kill.

Already mentioned in a reply to GE. Too quick to make an informative kill.

If it was mafia, he would be looking for a PR vibe to kill. 

If it is a 3rd party, again, you would be looking for a mafia or PR vibe to kill.

 

Getting the game kickstarted by killing is not believable.

The JN argument isn't strong either - none of them knows who to trap etc.

Peace and Darthe both tunnel her hardcore everytime they play with her. Sometimes, they even try to come up with a new reason for voting her.
