I'm really unsure if I'm leaning towards AJ or Verb for scum now. I don't think the constant bickering is a ploy to distance yourself (if it is - good job!). Again I'll have to backtrack and see what's sticks out as off/scummy.

 

Right now it's 3:15 so I think I'll save that until tomorrow.

I'm thinking Verb is the way to go.

 

I'll retry to do my ISO later, all my quotes got fudged somehow.

 

Key points:

 

1. Early buddying of Leelou

2. Defense by Ishy for said buddying

3. Distancing from Despo NK

4. General fluff/joking (not scumhunting)

5. Linking with Nerv

6. VCA has Verb on only 1 completed train. (Which happened to be the turn-around wagon on Pral that saved Ishy from getting lynched)

 

I'm thinking Verb and Nerv are the last 2 scum. I didn't see any real interaction between them during the earlier part of the game which looks like they could've been avoiding each other until this last Day. Nerv is more-so PoE because I am feeling good with my town-reads on Peace and Nikon. Should be noted that Verb is pushing that Nerv is my scummate while not pressuring Nerv at all. I figured Peace or Nikon would be the NK target last night considering how Mish was agreeing with him but it could be intentional to cast more guilty light in my direction.

That's the thing, I don't believe we'll be seeing the speed lynch on Verb because I believe that he is scum. I don't think you or Nikon will be getting voted today, it's sort of clear after yesterday's discussion that it would come to down either me or him.

Alright, we are down to five players and since the game is still going at least one, possibly two, have to be mafia. We need to make sure we have covered all our bases before voting since, if there are two of them, a wrongly placed vote will guarantee a win in the next night phase.

The only good thing a wrong vote would possibly give would be if there is another day phase then the survivors would be left knowing that there is only one Mafia player left and would have to correctly identify and lynch them to make a win for the surviving town.  I for one would rather we find them today and find out if there is another by seeing if there is a night phase or if the game ends after the mafia lynch.


To do this lets look at the surviving members and what they have given to the game.

NIKON: I am Zombie from Bad-Anon and, like Despo's character Saitine, am town. I don't really excpect you to take my word on that but I think with so little time left in the game it is important to be honest and let each of you decide who is telling the truth and who is the mafia. If you look at my posts you'll see I have been working to find the Mafia out since day one and was one of the first to point out all of Ishy's Mafia like tendancies and vote to kick him out. If I were on his team I would not want to implicate a teammate and would, instead, try to trick you into voting for one of your own.

PEACE: I'm pretty sure she's town based on participation levels and the valuable content of many of her posts.

ANDREJ: Reviewing AJ's posts he has a few solid posts but many more posts that seem to be filler and long spans of time between posts.  I also see him playing off of other players ideas rather than giving fresh statements of his own. Adding in the fact that he voted for Pral and then Wombat, both were not town and wombat appeared to be leaning to our side, and then adding in the fact he went for a quick vote on a day where our vote MAY decide the winning team I would have to lean towards Mafia.

VERBAL: Not really sure where I stand... Will try and take another look at all their posts tomorrow after I've gotten some rest. He had a lot of arguements with AJ but that could also be a move to make them seem further apart than they are.

I'm starting to lean slightly more towards AJ. I can't multiquote it and say "LOOK! SCUM!" but in general his gameplay and cases have been too 'mellow' and forced. Grasping at straws and—if not defensive—then trying to lay low. I'll hold onto my vote for now but that's what my guts say at least. New Years Eve is coming up here and I might not have time to make a proper case, but I'll be on mobile in case anything happens.

@Nikon - Could you explain your read on me a little better? What do you mean by I voted Pral and Wombat who were both not town? Pral was a VT. That's the pivotal wagon I think you should be looking at. Ishy was at L-2 when he fake claimed and then him and Verb started the counter train that eventually led to Pral being lynched.

 

@Nerv - Can you give specific examples where my play has seemed forced? You are solidifying my idea that you and Verb are scum with your generic statements.

Townies don't give crap reasons like that at endgame. They don't take chances their reads could be off - they wait and get everyone posting. You, however, decided to jump out and go for broke and hope you'd get a quick townie vote on me so your scum mate can hammer ftw.

Here we go. Transparent scum #2. Quick post to start day tossing in the nugget of finding me suspicious....along with the distancing on my prime target AJ. Covers your bases nicely after I linked you two yesterday. Nerv - the logical partner with me clearing Nikon (see below) and supported by his silly post I explained above

 

Nikon - was null before AJ's questioning of him while I was casing him. This is a very unlikely bus play based on it being late game and more likely scum is trying to smokescreen us all and poke/question anybody they can to make it difficult. So town as a result.

 

 

Admittedly, my link of Nerv is the weakest, as I could be wrong and it's Nikon. BUT, that 1st post today from Nerv sealed the deal for us - it was too transparent....just like AJ's that followed. Almost like they hashed it out via QT, eh?
