I don't like being ordered around Wombat, so EAD. But since Ishy and Verbal have claimed I'll follow suit.

I'm the town thief. Once a night I can sneak into another player's house and try to steal an item (if they have one). I must use any item stolen that evening if I get something. Why do I believe Ishy? Leelou tried to steal from Ishy the first night, but was told he had either used his items or gifted them. This matches up with his story of using the potion to view Wom. I know I'm town, I believe Ishy so by extension I believe Wombat is town. Verbal has claimed doc but it's unconfirmed. That leaves Pral, Des, Verbal and BFG as my scum candidates obviously and Pral is the one who's been skating all game.

Doofus, if you really knew what a P-value was, you'd know that 0.8 is actually good and well above what would otherwise cause a rejection.

Justifying his "meta" of being inactive for the first THREE days, then getting defensive. Infers he's a VT and that's also why he's inactive. I completely disagree with this. VTs need to scum-hunt and be aggressive so they can take a bullet to protect the Town's PRs.

Pral was almost just almost removed from the game by the mod for inactivity

Pral failed to show up in Day 1 of the last game I played in. Town lynched his lover and we went down 2 players right off the bat. He could have at least shown up and voted for someone else or defended in that game but he didn't. He's following the same pattern of inactivity here and I'm not willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Or in other words, an OMGUS vote.

Like the games I have played before, I am usually less active during the Day 1-3 and pick up pace once that passes. That is my style of the game, this one is no different.

Of course, if I am a PR (town or mafia) , that would change according to what the role demands.

Just because you're inactive in every game doesn't mean you'll get a free pass in this one, or any game I play with you for that matter. Thought you had a lot of promise when you wrecked that one scum team with your Busdriver role, but your inactivity lately really disappoints me.

Frankly speaking, I am bored of being vanilla town in all my games. It is not anyone's fault, just a statistical thing, however improbable it is.. I don't remember ever being a town PR other than that bus driver role or unless I had replaced somebody. It gets monotonous after a while, unless there is some variety.

As usual, you didn't bother to show up before the deadline Pral. Enough said.

I didn't even know there was a deadline, especially when the deadline was announced at around 3:00 AM my time, when I am sound asleep.

I didn't vote for either of the trains because there was little to no real information on them imo and I'd rather have people here who contribute than someone who drops in every couple days, makes 3-4 posts and then disappears again. Weaksauce explanation.

And, like I said, that is my style. Vote or lynch me every game, your wish.

Really sad that you got this mentality man. Being a vanilla is freaking awesome. You get to focus solely on scumhunting, and don't have to worry about protecting a PR or staying hidden, or causing confusion with a misplaced NA. An active vanilla that actively pursues leads and looks for scum, and exerts pressure and comments on trains, etc. can be worth more than multiple PR's in some games.

Lemme ask you this, which of these people is more effective at helping their team win?

1. A Vanilla who actively scumhunts, and helps to catch one scum

2. A Cop who views a GF N1, a Miller N2, and reveals too early and dies for it

Votes for me because he doesn't like the formatting of my post, where I actually took time to try and show my reason for voting for Verbal. To this point, he has voted for one person and his justification was "aggressive Leelou=scum." Now he votes for me giving less of an explanation than I gave, which is by his definition scummy.

Eh? That looked a bit forced to enter the train. You basically have one or two points against Verbal, which is fair enough, but the whole first part of that case was pointless. Looks more like you wanted to add text to make it look serious and compelling. But, basically fluff.

Oh I'm not trying, I think you're an weak player who gets emotionally hurt and then tunnels on people. Heh, you can try as much as you want as to spin this into an OMGUS but can clearly see that it is the other way round,. And I pointed that out in Day 1 too as soon as you posted. Anyway, the trains are a pretty good way to look at scum. Unless you want to claim that the scum stayed out of town lynches.

3 reasons I can think of are (ignoring all claims and stuff for now): Pral's mafia, Ishy & Golden are both mafia or there isn't a 3 man mafia team.

I want to think more on this. If Ishy is telling the truth, then Pralaya is most likely scum and Wombat was just a turd for ignoring his 2 votes and focusing on my 1 vote.

However, that is a big detail for Wombat to overlook, and it makes me wonder if Wombat/Ishy/Pralaya isn't the entire scum team right there.

Hah, what a sham. I don't think any player had any "items" to begin with . At least I can say I didn't have any and the others can pitch in if they had one with them. Don;t think there will be one. The only one who hinted any items was Ishy who is most likely scum anyway.

Damn sorry, ran out of time to fully catch up in here.

I'm a Catan villager. Big whoops.

Im concerned with how Golden's claim corroberates Ishy, and by proxy Wombat. Assuming it's mylo, they could be going all out to try and get a last mislynch, and Wombat is more than clever enough to cone up with the two fake claims to help eachother (apothecary and thief).

I would normally think Pray was def scum however, for sitting so long at L-1 (I know I'm town at least), and his defense has been awful. However, BFG could be right in that its not a 3 man mafia team like we're all assuming.

Gonna switch to my earlier scum read, Golden, but if anyone else besides that trio can corroborate the claims (items, whether they started with or received), imma switch back to Pray. I haven't had any items that I know of all game fyi.

Town Apothecary, everynight I'm given a list of ingredients to make a potion with. I can use it myself or gift it. N1, I used it and was granted an investigative ability. Used it on Wom and was given the result "Catan Villager." And no, won't share what I did with the other two.

But Goldens states that he tried (and failed) to steal from Ishy N0 and failed hence believeing Ishy about viewing Wombat and getting that result. Since Leelou was replaced on Day 1, this must be true (i.e the night it happened not necessarily the result).

A couple more thoughts on the role claims:

According to wiki Thief is Town aligned, his being unable to steal a role seems off to me - I'd have thought that generally that would take priority? However if he is a thief and couldn't steal from Ishy because he couldn't use it then that doesn't automatically make Ishy Town, as according to the wiki the thief can act as a roleblocker on mafia, hence stealing mafia roles...

Also mafia wiki says that a role cop generally can't distinguish between a goon and a vanilla, so if Ishy's telling the truth it doesn't necessarily mean that Wombat's Town (although I don't know what's normal for DM).

Actually more on Ishy's claim,

I'm fine with claiming. Someone already knows what I am.

So far he's said that Wombat was Town, but that doesn't mean that Wombat knew that someone viewed him.

It seems an odd 'slip' it suggests that he's already gifted somebody with something, or possibly prevented an action, but I don't necessarily follow that the other person would know that Ishy initiated it?
