I do not understand. Unless Mafia had no special roles because they were 4 of them and I don't understand why suddenly you look at me FOS-ing.

 

I saw only that Andrea=Despo is mafia and I went to out. I thought we won.

The sun rose once again, as it always would regardless of the world it gazed upon.

 

The dead walked and the living killed one another. There was no such thing as humanity.

 

When she woke, she saw him there. His shirt and hands were bloodied, and he sat beside the grotesque form that was once their leader.

 

The Ricktatorship had ended.

 

When she sat up he raised his head, meeting her eyes. She saw only insanity there. He'd truly lost it. But how could they have missed it?

 

For him it was simple. They had let his love die. Lori. So beautiful... for him it was sweet to be able to kill her husband. The man who had come back and ruined what he had gained. He hated him for that. He hated them all for letting Lori die.

 

He stood quietly, approaching the woman still wrapped up in blankets.

 

"You know... I never liked most of you anyway. Too weak. The world is messed up, and you guys want to talk about politics! No! We needed action... a purpose. Screw doing what's right, we need to survive! You let my Lori die..." as he spoke his hand slowly crept around behind his back. When he brought it forward again he leveled it at her head and then cocked his own in a curious way. Whatever had been left of him was certainly gone now.

 

He pulled the trigger, the sound resounding within the concrete fortress. Blood spattered onto his already messy face, but he didn't notice.

 

He'd gotten his revenge.

Although you weren't always right, I enjoyed watching you try to figure the game out. Your way of looking at things is very interesting. I couldn't help but imagine some wacky guy because your avatar still amuses me even now. Glad BFG brought you along!

I really had a lot of fun playing. Any blustering on my part was strictly gameplay, I thoroughly enjoyed everyone who participated.

So what did you guys think of the set-up overall?

 

The main comment I seem to be getting the most is that it was too swingy, which I can understand.

 

I talked it over with Verb prior to running it, and I think it was fairly balanced. What is amusing to me is that most of the things I throw in there for momentum swings depending on the circumstance actually happened. I feel like this game could've gone drastically in another direction if one or two things happened differently.

 

I'll give the Town MVP to Goldeneyes. I gotta say, your first game was rather impressive. I didn't land my first Cop role until my 10th or so game, so the way you handled yourself in your first game and as the Cop was very good. Bravo.

 

I'll give the Scum MVP to Ishy for getting the Lovers killed on D1. That was a huge swing in the Mafia's favor, so well done there. I think if you hadn't been viewed you likely would've made it to end game.
