ok, so I have chicken for tomorrow night (I hate chicken, btw).

my two choices are:

1- stuff the chicken with cheesy stuffing, then wrap the stuffed chicken in bacon.

2- crust them in a crusting rub and serve with ranch dressing.

I have no idea which way to go, they're both YUMMY!

Meatloaf and Pasta Salad! (And I have convinced our summer house-mate that it is actually possible to make meatloaf that is not terrifying. This is the first she's ever had that was not apparently terrifying.) Though this one turned out even better than usual. I was out of milk, so I substituted in the remaining marsala cooking wine. That and a little Worchestershire Sauce and we have meatloaf heaven.

We had an end-of-the-schoolyear bbq at work and I've got a cheeseburger, barbeque beans with bacony bits and a can of Shasta.

I like working in schools - they always feed you. I've dropped fifteen pounds since I moved, so any meal is welcome.
