Yes!  This is definitely on my top three episodes list.  Other takers include:

 

- The final episode of Air, for moving myself and several other family members to tears.

- Episode 13 of 12 Kingdoms for the maddening death of an innocent Kirin at the hands of her chosen emperor.

- "Window of Opportunity", the episode of SG-1 that loops time with only two member of the cast remembering what happens each occurrence.

- Final episode of Cowboy Bebop

- The entirety of Wolf's Reign, as that show is essentially one long episode cut into pieces.

Lost - Not Penny's Boat.

I thought about a couple scene's from "Lost" but the way the show wrapped up ruined the entire series for me.

Not me. I like that lot of the mythology was totally skipped over in favor of a character centric ending. Not the greatest ending, mind you, but not nearly as bad as most people make it out to be.

1. The Name Of The Doctor. Brilliant episode! Best one yet!

 

2. The Pandorica Opens, when the Doctor is imprisoned while his TARDIS blows up and destroys the whole of        time and space. Absolutely chilling! And to top it off...Amy Pond lies dead!

 

3. Hyacinth Bucket falling off a boat into the water after hitting a bank while trying to pull Richard into the boat!     Hilarious!

 

4. Mrs Brown's Boys' Nativity play! Amazingly funny segment. Best nativity play in a comedy I have ever seen....     and I have seen some dozy s :D

 

5. The three tiny dragons breathing fire and that amazing zombie army on game of thrones.

 

6. The End Of Time, when Rassilon pulled Gallifrey through the Timelock. Great scene.
