Well Leelou, you make a somewhat convincing argument, and from your quotes it does kinda look like people were lining up your punch from yesterday, but here's the thing:you gave them that opportunity by playing unquestionably bad when you hesitated to lynch Verb and wanted Tina to fully claim

 

As a vet, you should know that there's obvious reasons for an investigative role to want to wifom the mafia team with a soft claim instead of spelling out everything about their role. What if it was a one time viewing or something?

 

Because of that play, both townies and scum would easily find you questionable, so really its just in our best interests to lynch you today. If you do flip town tho I will be taking a look at all those that were setting up your lynch from yesterday (Razen especially stands out to me)

Leroy not wanting to lynch Verb is a null tell for me. Par for the course. Plus, she played it like she always does, waited to be his hammer. Consistent with every other game.

If it was a one time viewing, she should have had no problem mentioning it. And she could have played that differently and actually gotten a few more days out of her role, but we can talk about that after the game.

From that, I'd almost be inclined to vote Hallia. I believe it's her first vote in this thread and it's a way for her to keep from having to pick a side right now.

We can always lynch Krak, but right now there are better lynch candidates out there that actually will provide us the info we need to solve this puzzle.

Actually, I'd rather you give some reads. I was just pointing out who was inactive, and you were on the list. It's like as soon as you were called out for not voting you popped on and voted without having to take a stance on anything that is going on in the thread.

Bolded: Why? If it was a one time viewing, the best play would be to NOT reveal that info, and try to draw a NK after that, since you're essentially vanilla but scum would still be scared of you. If they don't kill you and town keeps pushing for more reads, you can then say you only had one viewing.

 

And this is just one example. The point is, there's PLENTY of reason for an investigative role to want to wifom their claim to the mafia team. Pushing for a full claim in such scenarios when someone soft claimed with no pressure is crazy scummy imo.

 

Underlined: While I generally agree with you, it's up to the person how they want to play their role. Some would rather drag out their claim longer, till they have more mafia bagged, some would rather get those they KNOW to be scum hung before they are NK'ed and not allowed to state their reads.

 

So basically, there wasn't anything wrong per se with how Tina played the role, and you implying that she did bungle it seems like you trying to soften the blow of what you did.

Plus, Krak's inactivity is across the board in all mafia games recently, he's got some kind of crazy tests in school or something

If you think it's a good argument, then why aren't you voting Leelou? And you're misunderstanding what they were saying was safe. They were saying YOU were going with the "safe" route and voting an inactive, while still fos'ing Leelou. It makes it look like you trying to get her lynched without getting your hands dirty.
