There seems to be an awful lot of different ways to cook with spam.

 

 

Spam and tofu salad for example.

 

and in my local supermarket you can get Spam'n'Bacon in a tin

I may have to make it again soon... the office is in a depressing state. sugar, caffeine and chocolate usually help.

It would be great to get some different desert recipes. We have people from all over the world here. What kind of desert do you do in India etc.

 

I have never made KeyLime pie. I think I should try that.

key lime pie is the pie god... I could live off of it... so i will definitely have to try and make that sometime...

Thank you all for posting. This has been an excellent thread and I promise to try at least one of the recipe. Or at least make my bf do it for me.
