i'm here and have to catch up from my last post on Fri. i decided to stay away form the interwebs/distractions and focus on studing all weekand. it was worth it, cause i passed the PACE and am now enrolled for Intermediate Acc I *fist pumps* so i'll catch up on what happened during the weekand, respond to that and then continue on my read from page 19.

 

 

dont expect to hear from me much if at all until after 4pm CST when i get off work adn get home.

wow, a double hammer before i can even respond form the stuff over the weekand within 20 mins of eachother; not even taking into account that the NK was submitted while i wasn't online so i can be scum.

 

i would say thats fine for exposing the scum so easily with that duel hammer, but given you guys know i'm town due to Ishy flipping it helps for narrowing down the pool of possible sucm

yes because the rules say nothing about the hammer being final, so i assume until deadline or Darthe comes in ya;ll can still unvote me.

 

 

i cant think both you and Turin are scum Basel, it would be suicide working out in the open like that imo.  my bets are on Mish and Turin, Turin i've got more of a case on even though Smiley backed him up on the recruiting (though i wonder why he didn't do so before Turin was getting pressure over it).

 

i dont buy his reveal though. i think he was recruited and and decided to use it to throw people off his trail.  why point it out if he was the recruited one right.  even Pandy pointed this out and sided against me on this and we see how he flipped.

"Would you truly kill one of your own?"  Larten Creepsly questioned them.  "You saw my torment when Darren was taken, what more penance could I possibly need?"

 

"You're a vampire.  That is enough to damn you."  Van Helsing's words shuddered through them all.  Was it truly so simple now?

 

Larten looked down, resigned to his fate.  His arms slid out to the sides of his body, his shoulders drooped, and he waited for the inevitable stake to pierce him.  

 

Then he attacked.  Quick as a flash Creepsly transformed with their guard down, sprung forward and began to swipe at Van Helsing.  Van fell backwards, his bolt striking the vampire's leg ineffectually.  The ferocity of this one was astounding!  He slid backwards to gain distance and Larten glided forward, a hunter taking his prey.  

 

This was his downfall.  Every single hunter had drawn and every single one pulled the trigger.  

 

Simon Belmont hit him in the right shoulder.

 

Jasper Hale hit the tapestry which fell, shining sunlight into the room.

 

Iris hit the vampire in the stomach.

 

Lucy Westenra hit him in the heart.

 

Van Helsing's second shot took the vampire in the head.

 

Sunlight flooded the room, burning the body and yet it seemed that nobody else sizzled.  Perhaps the burnt flesh was a symbol of evil.

 

It was done.

Yeah.  If Turin had went mafia or mafia had held off through Day 4 it probably would have been a landslide for them but right around that time the town really pulled everything together.  I have to give props.

 

This game definitely did not happen as I had anticipated it.  I assumed much more chaos between the three JoaT's but none ever claimed and I expected the real investigative role (BG) to keep his head down haha!  You guys really surprised me there.  I think the scenes were a bit to weighted in favor of the town and intend to improve upon this in the future.  

 

Oh and the biggest point of a mafia day doc is that doctors are viewed as town by gunsmiths.  This could have been the deciding point of the game if all of the investigations didn't practically happen to the same people.  

 

Also, mafia killing JoaT's actually ended up to their detriment =p that was amusing.

You did well filling in for Mynd and jumping in so late.  Truly, I was impressed with the entire team's performance.  I still have no clue what the town really saw that linked you all.
