Welcome Kage. :)

I'm not mad.

:unsure::wacko:

Then you shouldn't be here.

Welcome to the BT Kage!!

Ithi is mean sometimes....

I remember back when the colours didn't show up when writing a post, but the CODES for the colours did... This post would've looked really messy back then... And near unreadable.

Origami, sushi, kareoke?

I know a few lol.

Still no chocolate?

I see you asked for a siggy also, Kage. I might have time to play this evening - your asha'man picture does look a little familiar though lol.

Having a siggy is good. I mean play about on GIMP and make a siggy - but I generally can't do that till the evening. I think someone else has already stepped up now anyways.

If you have the inclination, you can learn how to make them yourself. It's not that difficult. I did a basic tutorial on the siggy board somewhere. They do become a little addictive lol. I have quite a few as you may have noticed.

My class is set out button push by button push - and has screen shots and everything.

And there are lots of people who can help you if you get stuck. If you wanted to give it another go, this is the perfect place to try.

Thank you :)

I hope you have fun. I'm still following the Thread I think so if you get stuck feel free to ask questions. I originally did it in the Blue Ajah WT, so it has more of a question and answer feel in there.

What about avoiding cholesterol?

Don't worry about it. Recent studies have concluded that there is no correlation between dietary cholesterol and cardiovascular heart disease. Eggs are good for you, one of the most perfect foods.

search "cholesterol myth" for loads of content, including videos, that defends this position.

I wouldn't go so far as to say that there is NO correlation between dietary cholesterol and CVD, but you are correct in that the link is much less concrete than it was originally thought to be. Nevertheless, reducing cholesterol intake might reduce the risk of coronary heart disease in some individuals who are highly responsive to cholesterol intake

OK, let me rephrase:

Recent studies have discovered no evidence to conclude there is any correlation between dietary cholesterol and CHD.

I defer to your expertise as a medic (and to the laws of probability) that there may be a subset of individuals who are highly responsive to cholesterol intake, just like there is a subset of individuals who are allergic to shellfish, but most of us have no cause to worry about dietary cholesterol from traditional foods like eggs, meat, milk, etc.

If you will allow me:

Recent studies have discovered that there is far less conclusive evidence that there is a correlation between dietary cholesterol and CHD. The strength of the link between cholesterol intake and CHD is much weaker now than was once thought to be, but isn't completely dismissed.
