I don't like Wombat's switch either on top of the fact he never answered my question on why he thought Mish needed particular scrutiny. Des mentions it and Womby is all like "I could go with you as well" (obviously paraphrased)

 

What are you talking about? When did I say Mish needed "particular scrutiny?"

 

The particular scrutiny line was my wording, not necessarily the wording you used, you made a list of 3 people you were keeping your eye on. Misheru, Darthe, and I forget the third but I had agreed with you on Darthe, and the third (I think it might have been Tiink)

I do think either Lily, Rand or Ithi is scum. Leaning more on Lily and Rand. To be honest, I don't care much who gets lynched, even if it's a townie, because a lynch would give us lots to go on. If a townie is lynched, then we can look at who voted and how that train happened. I hate stumbling around in the dark, and that's how it feels like now. I do feel bad if we end up lynching an innocent, but anything to give us something at all to work with.

 

I also think some of the inactives are suspicious. I know I go under that category, but I've tried to get a bit involved at least.

I'm so sorry about being inactive everyone

I really have no excuse I've just been lazy about rereading since I voted Rand and now I'm just coasting until Night which is when I plan to do a full reread from page 1 to whatever page it happens to be

I've made a bad habit of doing this anytime I'm in more than two games at once so I'm going to try to limit myself from now on

Obviously it's too much for me to handle whether I realize it or not

It's bad play and bad etiquette on my part and I hope that it doesn't impact the game too severely

 

Look forward to catching up soon and hope you guys don't lynch me in the meantime!

Do you not think that if you haven't actually been following the game it would be better for you to unvote, than stick with your vote that you freely admit is lazy bad play?

 

If it goes to deadline then it will be the person with the highest votes who get lynched. If you can't be bothered to make sure you have a vote you actually believe in, you have no business in voting at all.

Misheru is also saying she doesn't mind who we lynch. There are some serious weird ideas about what this game is all about. Why do so many people think it is ok to coast on Day 1? I know some people think that it is impossible to find mafia on day 1, but if you don't even try to what is the point.

I admit that things may have come to light that could possibly change my mind but I'm unaware of what they are

This end of day 1 phase has been very strange. Perhaps we should skip day 1 altogether in future, let random.org lynch someone - post their coroners' report and just start on day 2.

 

Rand's attitude has definitely become more Town as the day has gone on, his attitude towards taking one for the team is about the same as mine. Despo is still slightly off - but part of me feels that if Lily is Mafia, which I strongly believe she is, he probably isn't because he wouldn't be defending her so obviously.

 

EP popped up, voted Rand, defended Lily - but said he would vote Lily, dropped Rand in it with the Mod, and then when pressed unvoted Rand - despite thinking only a few moments previously that it had been worth making a case on him.

 

Mish and Nolder seriously need to review their playstyle - I am very much taken aback by their 'don't really care' attitude - especially as we do not need to consolidate the vote to Lynch, because of the particular rules of this game.

 

Wombat has just been Wombat. I can't say he is Mafia for thinking there was something up with Rand, because I felt exactly the same way. But, as more information comes to light in a game, people should use it to make more informed decisions and not just go 'blah ... it doesn't matter anyway'.

I still think Rand is the way to go Ithi, I did not defend Lily I just posted the info I had based on previous games. I unvoted Rand because my vote unbalanced the stance between Rand and Lily. I'll be happy to put it right back on since aparently I'm in a no win situation. If I vote for who I think is scum, you call me scummy. If I unvote that person on a temporary status so that people don't pile on the higher train I'm scummy. I'm seriously getting whiplash from the people who seem to want it both ways.

Oh and Ithi, the whole "taking one for the team" stance is WIFOM. logically speaking a mafia player does not want to be eliminated, so you don't expect them to claim they will take one for the team. Since it has been done people are all like that must make such and such town. It's clearly not the case, and I don't like the way you shrug off all of Rand's scummy behavior just because of that.

Ithi is experienced enough to pull off something like that, as well as Despo or Lily. Those are my big three for uncertainties. As I believe wombat is town.
