I meant that she was probably distancing because of her reaction, and not agreeing with you. And not all mafia who distance between each other always disagree with everything, sometimes they will agree on something and then bring that up. "See, I didn't disagree with her there!"

That's because i was deployed to the Middle East, I had a 24 hrs job sometimes. Also I had no computer because it broke so I had to use a friends. Before I deployed this was my activity level.

Now on to the rest of this--wow this got serious fast! Four pages and I already have a WoT!!!

So we start out with Red and Song being all <3s and votes, then Red says:

...

Then Song said

Wait I lied, just double checked and the name is buried at the end of the code. Ok, I know who I am now.

 

So are you town or mafia?

Now between these two questions, I find Red’s more suspicious. Sure it has a smiley, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be serious. Red herself said in post #26 that “its easier for scum to hide under the joke phase and D1 is the most important day for info gathering in Mafia” and she seems to be trying too hard to point out what she did to make her question not seem serious.

Then there is also that no one would actually admit that they were anything other than town, which makes Red’s statement that Song was seriously trying to fish a bit odd. Why would she actually be expecting a response with a question like that?

Song says it is fear mongering, Red calls it opportunistic, they both act as if it is ridiculous when a lot of the posts in this game so far have been them combatting back and forth. Fascinating.

Red says he OMGUSing when he was already suspicious and then had further reactions which he thought supported his thinking.

Actually Rand I am the one who pointed out your scummy move, and Red just agreed with me and voted you. So your vote was total and complete OMGus, there's not really any beating of the grass involved.

You guys went from fighting (which seems completely forgotten now btw) to acting like any link is ridiculous. As Rand said, the reaction was what was interesting after the possible distancing was pointed out.

As for future lynches, we’ll have to see what reactions are then.

Now, do I trust Rand? I’m finding myself agreeing with him far too much for my liking :P He COULD just be trying to take the heat off of Song or trying really hard to get someone lynched. So, Peace, are you trying to distance from Red, Song, or Rand? Or are all three town and you're playing to plant three suspicions at once? Rand made a valid argument and laid out his case. You then made a half-baked attempt at casting suspicion on him instead. If it walks like an OMGUS, and pings like an OMGUS, then it must be an OMGUS. Never mind that earlier, you had sounded willing to consider that he could be onto something:

All right, I withdraw the bit about Rand. I got the quotes mixed up there. However, I still wonder about what game you are playing regarding Red and Song. My money says that at least one of them is town, because it would not be a good scum strategy IMO for you to plant suspicion at two scummates at once, especially on D1. Planting suspicion on one teammate is understandable for distancing, but doing so on two scummates is too risky. This doesn't eliminate the chance of them both being town and you trying to set up multiple lynches.
