That was even more intense than I thought it would be whoa

I'm pleasantly surprised they skipped the cat and mouse game between Walt and Hank and got right to the point. It's amazing the amount of tension they were able to put on that last scene. At this point I kind of think Jesse is going to work with Hank and flip on Walt.

Agreed. I was not expecting that to happen so soon, but I like it.

why use spoiler tags?  this thread is about the 5th season, if a person isn't up to date on the episodes they really should keep out if they dont want to be spoiled imo.  and frankly, i'm too lazy to type a spoiler tag

anyways -

i liked it as well.  the not so subtle threats that Walt gave, as well as the bluntness and unsureness of hank will make for cobining bleach and draino together.

its apparent by the houst that hank goes after him, or atleast the DEA/Gov does.  the spray paint of Heisenberg on the inside looks like a threat from the drug cartell imo  i mean theres no way they'd leave them out of the mix if you ask me.  the neighbors reaction speaks to Walter being a well known wanted man, atleast in Arizona.

Jessie is continuing on the downward spiral, i think relaly, given the guilt, he'll be turning himself in to the cops if Walt doesn't kill him first *sigh*  if Jessie finds out Walt killed Mike (for sure even thoguh he suspects) and then also learns that Walt could have saved his girlfriend, i can see Jessie hunting him down and going vig on him.

Lydia is gonna be a problem, shes unreliable.  i'd love to see Skyler kick her ass, but i think she's going to drag the Cartelll back into this honestly.  if not the cartell, she'll flip on Walt easily to save her own ass.

it still leaves lots of questions:

why did he come back?

what happened to Jessie, Walt Jr and the rest of his family?

is Hank still in the DEA or did he get tangled in with Walt given the implications of Walt being family?

whats he planning with the arsnic and that gun?

if his cancer is back, how does he have hair?

That last scene is in my top 5 of greatest tv scenes ever...

The hair question is pretty simple. If he's on the run he's likely not getting chemo hence hair... The other questions... Not so easy.

Common courtesy. The episode had only been "out" for a few hours at the time.

It may be unnecessary but even still a lot of people take spoilers seriously and this is a high profile show.

Do what you want but if you spoil someone that'll be on you not me *shrug*. I'd just rather not take the chance.

why did he come back?

The ricin. IMO he's going to have one final showdown with...someone, and then take the ricin himself.

People already said he's off chemo but they are assuming the cancer is still back.

I don't think anyone has suggested the possibility, which I think is likely, that the cancer went back into remission again which would make the chemo unnecessary.

re- hair  -  yeah i guess being off the chemo is a good reason ... i just didn't expect it to grow back so quick or be so ... full.   and its not an assumption that the cancer is back, Walt stated it to Hank in that epic show down.

re-ricin - i dont see him as being a coward and committing suicide like that tbh, atleast not any more.  i think if Walter was gonna commit suicide he'd eat a bullet, either from his own gun or as a suicide by cop type of thing.   unless he uses it as a last ditch thing, like hiding it in this throat to take while in jail.  kinda like a suicide pill spies have on them.

re-spoilers - if a perosn likes the show this much and is stupid enough to come into the thread before being caught up on the currently aired episodes, then they know their going to be spoiled.  you can't protect people from their own stupidity. and claiming "common courtesy" on this when the epsidoe airs on Sunday for everyone to see is going a bit much.
