Rand, I think the implication is that your sig says "town by day, mafia by night", meaning that you are a mafia member who pretends to be town during the day, and thus accidentally outed yourself.

And you get one vote per day phase which you can change at any time by typing unvote in red font and then make another vote, also in red font.

 

Everyone gets one vote and majority wins if there is a majority.

Oh, OK I believe Red posted a vote count on page 2 or 3 but she'll probably post another tomorrow. As soon as a majority is reached which is more than half the players, a lynch happens.
